Pizza Hut Express — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I odered a pizza, wings, and garlic knots. Online at 732pm it said 41-51 min. For delivery time. Ok 2 hours and 15 min. Later which was an hour after tracker said they left the store with my order. We still didnt have our food. Called store and they said they only had one driver but they were on rhe way. We ended up canceling order because we were going to bed. Why do i have to get pizza from the southport store when there is one 5 minutes from my house on emerson? Everytime we order theres and issue. Last time drivers car broke down. No one called, almost 2 hours later it showed up cold. Complain and you get a free pizza coupon but in order to use it you have to buy $13 of additional food. Was looking for an actual Pizza Hut and Google maps led me to one inside a Target store. I was quite displeased and went elsewhere for dinner. The little hole in the wall places that aren't actual restaurants shouldn't even show up when searching for an actual business. At least warn ppl that it's not an actual restaurant, and more like a food court style...
