I had the distinct pleasure of recently enjoying their Nova Lox bagel, and I'm here to tell you, it's something special. Schmear, capers, salmon. The onions were perfect, and not overpowering like a lot of other places, where the cut size is more punishing than subtle. The Everything bagel had a balanced amount of chew and body, and brought everything together perfectly.

They serve Casino bread from Tampa. That in and of itself should be 'nuff said. If that doesn't make any sense to you, stop reading now, you might be beyond help.

DO YOURSELF a favor and get to this Deli. You wouldn't think you'd freak out over a deviled egg flight, but once you try them, you'll be hooked. Get a pack or two for a group picnic or dinner party and you'll have folks wide-eyed and begging for the label. It'll say 'Hometown Deli'.

My daughter and I own a business up the street and for about a month and a half now we have been going over to the deli for lunch. Definitely hands-down the best deli in Inverness.
