Listen you can never go wrong with these high-priced chicken nuggets I am telling you they are the best you're not going to get nothing like it they have a very unique taste they are high priced as far as just some quick fast food but they are wonderful I like the fact that they have a Christian kind of thing going with them in the Sundays and all that I get it I think that's the only downfall at the same time though because I think the owners stance on certain things is a little bit too much and it takes away from his good thing he's got going there secondly this particular stringtown road Chick-fil-A has the worst drive-thru setup in history it is absolutely horrendous I get it they're busy there in a little corner lot however they should have thought about that before they bought that spot because you wrap around the building with the drive-thru and it goes into two lanes and to get to it you have to wrap around the building once it is a mess getting out of there especially at a high traffic time they need to do better I need to really just shut down for a weekend and get that place together And the other thing is tell your drive-thru crew that's outside taking orders that when they're talking people can hear them and kids don't always think about that they've always got kids out there and it seems to me you have too many chiefs and not enough Indians in that kitchen because all I see is half staffed with management you are standing around barking orders instead of moving in feet and them hands right they moved them lips enough but they don't do too much work and they got them kids running around their crazy management should be leading by example now I love the place but if I had to say one gripe about it it would be that you have too many chiefs and not enough...
Read moreIf you know Chick-fil-A food you know it's great. Never any question about it. This review is for this particular location.
I've frequented Chick-fil-A restaurants on a semi-regular basis and I've come to expect a quality of service. The "my pleasure" responses, warm smiles as you enter and even the occasional dine-in check if your food was ok are all associated with the Chick-fil-A name. One thing I took advantage of was how well they were at making my order correctly, enter the Grove City location.
I never known order verification to be a problem before, but it is a major malfunction of dining at this location. This isn't a one time occurrence either; one time is a mistake, twice is an oversight but over 10 is a problem within. I've lost count of how many times I've gotten home to see my order incomplete, incorrect or both. And before you jump on me, Yes I have talked to the manager before in person and over the phone. I'm not after free food or refunds. I want this place to do better. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect orders to be checked before it leaves the window or work station. Like most fast food restaurants, this is a first job for many of their employees, but for Management it's not. The responsibility falls on Management to train and teach a full experience. I still approach work with habits from my first job, over 20 years later and completely different industry. A broken result comes from a broken process.
I live in Grove City. I want to believe that this community provides great experiences, but I can't say that about this...
Read moreThis is the first time I have been back from the remodel. The food is still great.
I can't remember if we had size options for the macaroni and cheese before, but we definitely do now. Hands down, one of the best macaroni and cheese dishes that you will ever eat. Add the bacon and eat happy.
I like the new drive-through lanes and that they have a drive-through door instead of a window where they hand deliver it to you. The fleet of order takers standing there as you pull up definitely gets you through there fast.
I ordered ahead on the app this time. There is a mobile option on the app that I chose that it did inform me that the order would be put together when I got there. Initially, I was taken aback, but after thinking about it, I thought that this would make my meal more fresh instead of it sitting there waiting on me.
What looks like two drive-through lines from afar is one line for their order takers and one line for the order ahead customers. Pull in, tell the app you are here, scan a QR code on the app, and then pull through to the end. Moments later, food arrives with a smile, and you are on your way.
Very happy with the food experience from start to finish; from ordering (the app is great) to pick up to...
