Firstly, I would like to say that I don’t even wanna give it one star secondly, I don’t think this lady realizes that I work down the road and I’m a regular there so she’ll have to see me again in the future anyway here’s my experience; the lady who was working the counter told me her name was Keisha or Risha I have no idea and I think she gave me a fake name. Anyways she was very very rude to me and I came in and greeted her and smiled and said I’m here to pick up my pick up order no rush or anything She gave me a dirty look. Then once she went to go get the order she said I need your last name and she said it in a very nasty and annoyed tone. Then I told her my last name and she pretty much Shoved my food towards me. And so I said I hope your day gets better because you’ve got a bad attitude and then she got raised her voice and said no you’ve got a attitude and I said no you do and you’re being so rude to me and then she called me the B word and kept saying stuff towards me while I was walking out of the door I’ve never had a worst customer service experience. I called Arby’s when I get back to work and then she answered and said she was the supervisor which I don’t believe because I would call and she put the phone down and act like I wasn’t on the phone anymore and this happened 3 times before I finally gave up now I’m reporting this and I’m gonna also going to corporate. She literally would answer and put the phone down and talk about me to our coworker I clearly heard her lying saying that I was in the drive-through first of all I was never in the Drive-through. I asked for a turkey bacon and swiss wrap with extra ranch he repeated it back to me but my sandwich didn't have any ranch at all. I asked him are you open he told me he taking care of his last customer. He said I can give you some ranch the next time you come around. I said how does that help me now when I my ordered today? I asked why would I come back and get ranch at a later date and I order my sandwich today? I made this order around 10:00 p.m. and I did not get what I asked for. I'm 0.3 miles away from Arby's do you know this young man (with the deep voice) did not say another word to me! I asked him again when will you be open? Read moreI went to this Arby’s tonight to get dinner for my family. I ordered our food and drove around to the window. I forgot to order an additional item so I asked to add it at the window. The young lady was respectful but told me that they aren’t supposed to do that. I offered to drive around to the drive thru again but she told me to hold on. She asked another lady, who I am assuming is a manager, if I could add an item. The other lady instantly got very aggravated and asked what I wanted to order. I replied a crispy chicken sandwich meal. She rolled her eyes, threw her hands up in the air, shaking her head. This is unacceptable! I offered to drive back around and if she wanted me to, I would have done so. But please don’t be rude and disrespectful to my face.
