Update: I got a second one and today was my third one. The second one yesterday was just not good until I shook it up. The sugar at the bottom was coating it so it was impossible to drink until I shook it all up. I know that with this drink it is not all mixed up, but the sugar at the bottom should at least be mixed in and dissolved into whatever liquid you pour in. At least dissolve that.
The third one, today's order, I would say it definitely looked better. Nothing will be the first one, but this one looked like they attempted to actually make a decent drink, it wasnt all weird like yesterdays. That was horrible until i shook it all up
*I just got an iced coffee. This was a treat to myself and absolutely was like, this will be not healthy at all, but I want a junk food iced coffee basically. I am telling you, that drink was like the best iced coffee I have ever had. Like ever.
I don't know who made it, but oh my god, that was freaking amazing. I saved it to my order thing for future, because that was so good. I started my day miserable from waking up at 5 am to get an MRI done and that coffee made my entire day better. Yall are always good on my orders, but this was out...
Read moreI’ve shown this place a lot of grace, being that I’ve had several less than stellar occasions here (messed up orders, employees with horrible attitudes), but today takes the cake! I placed a mobile order a few minutes before arriving, which I usually do, and has never been an issue before. When I arrived, an employee-which by the tone of her voice, is obviously sick of her job- greeted me with a stale “Go ahead with your order”. I told her I had a mobile order, she told me that I may have to come inside since “I can’t place a mobile order right before coming”. When I got to the window, I received my sandwich, and was told to loop around the building. Only one other car was in the drive thru, so I literally arrived back at the window 10 seconds later. I was then informed that my drink wasn’t ready so I needed to come in. Another 10 seconds later, I’m inside the building, and my drinking is sitting on the counter. This entire encounter made NO SENSE. I could understand if the drive thru was packed, but it wasn’t. The 10 seconds it took me to walk inside, an employee could have used the same time to hand me my drink. They were being unnecessarily difficult for...
Read moreYoung blonde female Barista refused to take my change: Saturday 3/3/18, 10:30AM; Drive-thru. My order came to $10.07, as I handed her a $20 I said "I have the change" she proceed to take the next order on the headset and did not hear me. She was confused when I was trying to hand her the change and I said "I am giving you $20.07 so I only get a $10 back." She told me "Sorry I can't do that, I already rang it in and it will mess up the system." I tried to explain to her that it would indeed NOT mess up the system and the register would come out correct at the end of the night. She again told me she would not take it, so I decided to just let her give me the change. As she was handing me the change, looking right at my hand, she let one of the quarters drop to the ground AND DIDN'T EVEN SAY SORRY OR TRY TO REPLACE IT. I was pissed at this point and left. What we have learned: Don't give change at this Starbucks because clearly they DO NOT KNOW HOW TO COUNT CHANGE, and do not care about the customers experience. Also this comment is coming from a PREVIOUS...
