I have eaten at the panda express at veterans parkway in Clarksville in and many others around Louisville, middletown, florence, and oldham county area and I was sadly dissapointed in this location. The food is usually great and the customer service is usually nice at other locations. This location, frankly, sucked. I ordered the honey walnut shrimp and expect the up charge or 1 or more so that is not the issue. I was wanting chow mein and she explained that they didn't have enough for a bowl and could do half and half which I was okay with. But she assumed I would want mixed veggies and I said no I would like the other half to be fried rice with chow mein. I could tell she wasnt okay with that by her tone but she went ahead and placed the order so I figured it was okay. I was told my price would be told to me at the front which is fine. I then asked for sweet heat sauce because I LOVE it mixed with my food. Now I was about to be on a 2 hour trip up to florence KY and was really looking forward to the side sauce I ordered. She hadnt placed it in the bag and when I went to eat my food I noticed there was no chow mein either. And I am one of those people who usually would go back and demand my order be correct but since I was on the road already I had to eat a wrong order and it ruined my day. Lunch servers and fast food chains need to step up and make sure their orders are correct because someone like me would see that in someone and probably offer them a better job were customer service matters. You never know who is going to ve impressed with you, even if your job sucks and you really don't want to work at panada express. Compartmentalize your personal problems and make sure you smile when you had customers their order and make sure it is perfect Everytime because you will get noticed for it in the long run. Whoever served me needs to be fired. Thankfully I won't be there ever again to get the spit from that lady who hopefully will read this and realize it is them and do your job better next time. After waiting for 30 minutes I called the store to check on the order. The guy on the phone acted clueless and asked if I may be ordered from a different location. I told him what I ordered. Then he asked me what kind of car I’m in then hung up on me. While I still didn’t get my answer. Then he came outside and I asked to see the receipt like he didn’t believe me that I ordered 30 minutes ago from them. Then I just asked for a refund. 45 minutes of waiting for nothing. She just kinda walks back to the back and ignores me. So then they start serving everyone who walked in after me. This is when I start to get kinda annoyed and ask the main cashier if it was ready because at this point all the main entrees listed have been grabbed by the other lady. She rudely exclaims that if it was ready it'd be sitting over there.
