If there was an option to give a place zero stars I would. I’ve heard good things about this place and was excited to try. My family is in from out of town and requested we bring some back for them. When we arrived, we weren’t greeted or asked if we had any questions but just asked “are you ready yet?” As someone with a nut allergy, I was trying to look at the flavors to see what had nuts but I felt rushed by the employees. I could see there was contamination which I understand, but I just wanted a chance to look at the flavors before ordering. And because of that, I found pistachios in my gelato and couldn’t finish it. I then asked for a lid for my gelato to which she said they had no lids which they very obviously did considering their shakes had lids. Instead of a lid, she said I could pay $1 for another CUP or she gave me a cupcake liner and a hotdog paper liner. Neither of those was going to keep the HEAPING pile of gelato from melting in the car on our 15 minute ride. My cousin when ordering was not asked if he wanted chocolate drizzle on his, they put it on without asking on HIS FRUIT FLAVOR GELATO WHICH DID NOT GO WITH CHOCOLATE. I attached a photo of how melted the ice cream was when I got home, so I don’t know how I was expected to travel home with gelato like this without a lid. Pros - Gelato was delicious (this is about it)
Cons - First, the employees are rude. We had takeout orders and needed lids or extra cups to make sure the ice cream wouldn’t melt. Employee straight up said no and when we asked for an extra cup they tried to charge us an extra dollar. Second, the owner went on a whole spiel and we did not get to give our order correctly. Before I could even ask to not put free chocolate on my order, the owner had dumped it on my ice cream and asked me to give a review. I don’t mind the enthusiasm but I did not feel the person was listening to their customers. Third, they were rushing us in the line and didn’t let us check the whole menu. There was no order with the line and they were shouting at us to rush down to the counter.
Overall, the vibe of the place was very standoffish. They don’t care about customer service or overall customer satisfaction. They don’t even list the ingredients of their ice cream and we had someone in our party have an allergic reaction. There are places in the area that have better ice cream and even better customer service.

Instead of saying hello or letting us take a moment to check out the flavors, she immediately started rushing us, asking over and over, “Are you ready yet?” in this annoyed tone, like we were taking up too much of her time. We asked to try a couple of flavors, and after just two small samples, she cut us off with, “This is the last flavor I can give you,” which felt unnecessarily rude since we were still trying to decide. Every time we tried to read the flavor labels or talk about what we might want, she would interrupt and pressure us to hurry. When we finally made our choices, she didn’t even let us pick our cones—she just grabbed whatever she wanted and handed them to us, which completely took away part of the fun of ordering ice cream.
