I have never had issues with this location, but today was a different story. I have a Starbucks Gold card that gives a free drink or food reward. I had a friend go in for me to get my free drink. She came back telling me that they said I never had a reward. She was told to pay. I went in after work and asked why she was charged. I was then given attitude immediately after asking my question. The barista named Wendy told me that there is no way of knowing if I had a reward unless she was told by my friend so she could press a button. That is when I proceeded to tell her the rest of my story before she cut me off again, I told her that she did tell whomever was there that I had a free drink and they told her I didn't. That is when she contradicted herself by saying that she can't look up a reward. Then how did they say I didn't have a drink?! She then said that it was my friends fault for not saying I had a reward. However, my friend did. This is where she accused my friend of lying. This is when I got disgusted by her. Why would a person lie about a free drink because they want to pay for it? She then told me that there was nothing she could do because it was our fault that we never said anything, and for a person who works in customer service I would never accuse a customer that they are in wrong and try to blame the mistake on them. I will never return to this location. Whoever the manager is needs to give a nice talk to Wendy and let her know that the mistake falls upon her because she is the one who contradicter herself and got caught up in her lie. Congratulations on loosing not one, but 2 customers. The lady behind me heard all of this and left the establishment with me because she too was disgusted by...
Read moreThe baristas at this location are always so personable, helpful, and lovely to speak to.This location doesn't have a drive through (and other locations nearby do) but I find myself gravitating to this one even though it takes a little extra time to go in and order because it's so pleasant to say hello.
My food has always been correct, and so have my drinks—I can always trust them to make my order correctly, and even if I made a mistake, I know they'd make it right for me. I even learned more about my options for a drink I purchase often on this past trip, because my barista heard me say I love the pumpkin season and was excited to tell me more about it!
I'm also VERY easily distracted, and quite forgetful much of the time...which means that on MORE than one occasion, I have ordered a drink and food, and then simply....walked out without one or the other because I forgot about it. An attentive barista has noticed this EVERY time it's happened and grabbed my attention on my way out, or on one occasion, even ran after me with my egg bites to make sure I had them!
I appreciate their care and attention to detail so much, and I'm grateful to have access to a location where they make me feel seen and...
Read moreAfter entering the location I was not greeted by either employee both at the counter. Wendy was standing up doing something with the food while Ashley was bending down cleaning the mini refrigerator doors. I walked by the counter area twice to make sure they both saw me however a greeting was not given. I then stood at the counter and finally Ashley said just let us know when you’re ready to order. We got off to a rocky start, but her service after I told her I was here waiting because I am ready to order was good. She helped me pick out my drinks and knew about the store product. Both drinks were made well.... flavorful. Ashley has good customer service, just remember to always greet customers upon entry, no matter what you’re doing. Wendy never gave me a greeting even after I asked her for a pen, she should also remember to always greet the customers. I like the outside seating and the inside of the location was nice and clean with that wonderful...
