I read an article where the owners of this chain were blaming homeless in Denver for the fact that they were closing their store. When I saw this restaurant while leaving Scheels (the best sporting good store in the state of Colorado) I decided to try this spot out and see if it was worth it. It's not. Let's start with the condition of the restaurant. DISGUSTING. See the pics for examples. You can't throw away any garbage. The tables were sticky and straight disgusting. Then let's talk about the menu. I ordered the teriyaki salmon. They were out of it. I ordered some edamame. They were out of it. Then, I along, with the 10 other people in the restaurant waited over 30 minutes for food from a Quick Serve Restaurant. Conclusion. It wasn't the homeless that caused their store in Denver to close. It was just a poorly run business that looked for an excuse instead of looking at their failures as a business. Avoid this one. Instead go to the mom and pop Asian food restaurants that are committed to cleanliness, good service, and timely food.

Staff was super nice and the food was quick to come out. Space was clean. I felt the food was overpriced for the quality. You get a decent amount of food but the taste was dissapointing. I got a large bowl with double protein so that I could try 2 different options. I went with the basics for the base, white rice & the veggies. The majority of the bowl was the rice, it was fine, the veggies were actually done very well, still crisp, not wilted. I opted for the teriyaki salmon & katsu chicken for my 2 protiens. I really wanted to like these and based on the great teriyaki smell wafting through the place, my expectations were high. The katsu chicken was ok, just a little tough. The salmon was cooked to death, dry, dry, dry. My daughter had the orange chicken and she said that was good. We also ordered some pot stickers and those were good as well. Maybe stick to just their teriyaki chicken. These other 2 options were not great. $30+ for 1 reg bowl, 1 large bowl, and 1 pot sticker order, no drinks. Not worth it in my opinion.

We went in an hour before close on Friday night and they had all the chairs already stacked and were annoyed that we came in. The girl at the register was rude and acted as if we were inconveniencing her by being there. She automatically packed our food to go even though we unstacked chairs to sit down and eat because it was still an hour before the restaurants posted close time. My son dropped his fork on the ground and I asked her for a new one and her response was that she had already put plenty in the bag. It was just a terrible experience. The food was okay, but there were barely any veggies. We felt so unwelcome being there, and there were several people who came in even after us. We definitely will go to a different location next time.

We won't be back. This is a place we used to patronize weekly, and over time, stopped going. The care and quality of the food has just deteriorated over time. Our last experience was bad, but we figured we'd give it one last shot tonight. That was a mistake, it was worse.

First, my order was wrong, it was spicy teriyaki chicken instead of the regular teriyaki I ordered. I can accept this being my mistake since I didn't check my order before leaving the store. But, as I started eating, I found nearly all of my rice was crunchy and clearly scraped from the bottom of the pan it was cooked in. To reiterate, very little care or quality control.

What's worse? The orange chicken that this restaurant served to my four year old son was raw on the inside. It wasn't until he complained about it being "crunchy" that I realized the problem. Because I'm writing this immediately after throwing all of our food away, I've yet to see if it will make him sick. I will be updating this review if it does. The problem is, I can't rate this restaurant any worse.

I'm disgusted and disappointed at how far this restaurant has gone downhill. I should have known better than to go back here after my previous experiences. I will absolutely not return, and I would advise anybody else to avoid this...

This was our first time at Teriyaki Madness, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. Walking in, the place was clean, welcoming, and had a great atmosphere. What really set it apart was the exceptional service—a refreshing change from most other restaurants.

Our server, Caleb, went above and beyond. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and truly cared about making our experience great. He answered all our menu questions and even helped us order exactly what we wanted, even though it wasn’t on the menu. That kind of service is rare!

Now, onto the food—absolutely top-notch. • The chicken teriyaki with fried rice and veggies was perfect. The veggies were fresh, crisp, and flavorful, the chicken was cooked to perfection, and the rice and sauce were balanced just right—nothing overdone or over-seasoned. • The yakisoba noodles with veggies were just as amazing, and the cabbage was a home run. • And the edamame? Hands down, the best I’ve ever had.

Not only was the food delicious, but the portions were also generous and well worth the price. I’d give Teriyaki Madness a 20/10 if I could, and I will absolutely be returning to this location for both the amazing service and top-tier food quality....

So happy to have a healthy, fast and delicious new restaurant nearby! We finally got to try Teriyaki Madness after seeing the signs go up and excitedly waiting for it to open. The staff was very friendly and they explained the menu and how it works before we ordered. Our kids all got the orange chicken with noodles and I ordered the spicy chicken and an egg roll to go. The kids loved their dinner, but got so full we actually saved the rest for the next day. The regular portion was plenty for 2 meals and it was so filling! The spicy chicken (which isn't overly spicy) was perfect! They give you the option of veggies in your bowl, which I would recommend. The veggies were nice and al dente, not overly cooked and limp like some places tend to do. Im not sure what kind of dipping sauce they give with the egg rolls, but oh my! The egg roll wasn't all greasy and over fried, but crisp and delicious with great flavor! The dipping sauce made it even better! Its so nice to find a quick and healthy option that my entire family loves! Cant wait to go back and...
