Cafe Mexicali — Restaurant in Johnstown

I was obsessed with this place The white sauce was so good... Then came the night I rode my bike down there as I was becoming quite a regular customer and as I was locking the bike up there was a hornet nest underneath one of the ledges out front on the patio. I didn't see the hornets nest under the ledge and they got very mad and started attacking me and I got stung all over my stomach it hurts so bad! It took everything within me to go inside after I finally got the bike locked up and alert them that I had just been attacked by hornets. They were off put looked at each other said "you haven't handled that yet, see I told you" to each other and when I asked if they had a first aid kit with antibiotic ointment or alcohol pads they said they had nothing... They might be able to find me a Band-Aid. The pain was excruciating.

I ordered food they didn't discount it or comp it and then they dropped it on the floor right in front of me and had to remake it which took forever. I got it to go but then decided to eat in the restaurant and ask one of the girls for a tray because the table was absolutely filthy and I didn't want to eat off of it she then grabbed me a tray right over the trash can from the main dining room. When I said those ones are dirty I could have just grabbed that myself can I have a new one she was like Oh sure... Went around behind the register grabbed a new one handed it to me and it had chunks of tomatoes and chunks of cheese all over it worse than the ones that were over the trash cans

I feel the employees just don't care and couldn't care less if you ate off of a clean surface, were physically harmed in their building, or even to keep their hands on your food since they drop it and laugh and just make more...

I had just left the Johnstown colorado restaurant here on 3/4/22 around 5:13pm I walked in from the eastside door like I do every other time I come inside the restaurant to get our tres leches cakes. But this girl's named LEVI I think a Caucasian girl with brown hair and green shirt was very rude and tried to give me excuses why She couldn’t place my order where I always do. So I ask to talk to the manager and the manager never had came but instead, the rude employee decided now she could help after talking to the manager. I don’t know why she couldn’t help me before instead telling me I had to wait in the food line when it only would take 2 minutes. I said I always come this way every time and it’s never a problem. And once she helped me while rolling her eyes. I ask her if that was that hard to take of her customer and she mumbled “YES”! And gave me a dirty look. I’ve never have had this kind of treatment ever from anyone working there. I just think that’s very unprofessional and believe someone should know how employees are running and...

The past 3 times we have ordered from this location they forget ingredients that are clearly printed out on the order and even listed on the printed label attached to the container. Today, we called even advised of the prior issues and asked them to please make sure the certain ingredient is on it as ordered and we were reassured it would be. Food shows up, not only is the ingredient missing but we were given a completely wrong burrito. When I called the location, they never apologized and tried blaming DoorDash. When I spoke to the manager, still no apology. The manager kept repeating about DoorDash is the one to give a refund. When I tried to make myself clear I am not talking about the refund I am talking about the constant mistakes from this location we have ran into PLUS this time we even called in before it was made to make sure yet it was still wrong and a completely different burrito, he did not seem to get it or care. Poor customer service to say the least!!!!! Save yourself a headache and go to the Fort Collins...
