As a former resident of Philly I can say that these Cheesesteaks are on par with the ones we got in highschool cafeterias. Not necessarily a bad thing since it's still miles ahead of most peoples' ideas of a Cheesesteak. Way too skimpy on the meat, no options on the menu it's just "Cheesesteak". No choosing mushroom, provolone, whiz, swiss, peppers, onions, buffalo chicken Cheesesteak, pizza steak, etc. Got handed a brown paper bag not half-soaked in grease and I already knew it wasn't a proper steak but still probably the best you'll get in town if you're curious what the big deal is. Also I'm sure shipping stuff up here adds to the cost but 22 bucks for a Cheesesteak with nothing added on is wild, 10 dollars tops back home...
Read moreUpdated 2025.01.19. Had their chicken parmesan sandwhich, the chicken looked too dark, like burned on the outside, the meat looked dry, tasted alright except when it tasted spicy hot. Along with a different soup of the day which tasted much better than the first soup tasted. Their house made potato chips doesn't match up to the regular fries as these are dry and hard.
