Recently visited Ruth's Chris in Jupiter with the fam and had an overall great experience that earns a solid 4 stars. The meal started wonderfully with their shrimp appetizer, which was perfectly cooked and flavorful - a true standout that set high expectations for the meal.
The Caesar salad was exceptional with fresh romaine, the perfect amount of dressing, and crisp croutons that maintained an ideal balance of flavors. For my main course, I tried the steak sandwich which absolutely lived up to Ruth's Chris reputation - tender, juicy meat cooked exactly to specification on fresh bread.
Not everything reached these heights, however. The seared tuna lacked the flavor I expected from a restaurant of this caliber, and the goat cheese dip was rather bland and uninspired compared to the other offerings.
What truly elevated the experience was our server Jimmy, whose attentiveness and professionalism were impeccable. He provided thoughtful recommendations, timed each course perfectly, and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our visit.

Read moreI have to say, nothing much has changed at Ruth's Chris steak house in the past 30 years. Different locations, different states same generic dinner ware, silverware, glassware and white linens. The atmosphere changes from state to state. But still bland. It's not Morton's. I'm not here to knock on the establishment but the 400° hot plate stuffed in front of you sizzling and spitting hot butter all over your clothes is way past done. I ask them to not bring mine untill the sizzling is over. "Let it cook in the kitchen, not at the table." Since the move from Palm Beach Gardens location to Jupiter something is amiss. The professionalism is not there. The food is good, very good. But the experience is not memorable. Don't go down the hallway to the restroom. You will get run over by the wait staff. Don't laugh, it happened. I got pinned to the hallway wall, twice in one walk to the restroom. The street parking is non existent. I couldn't find the valet. Having a parking structure close by is great. But if you have a low, wide vehicle stay out. Your gonna bottom out or break off a splitter and the parking is tight. Will i go...
Read moreThis was the first time I visited the new location for RC in Jupiter, and will be my last. Their previous location (North Palm Beach) was much more spacious, which helped reduce the local noise level at our table. At this location, it was more confined, with all the tables crammed together. it was impossible to talk to my dinner guests without yelling (my father has a hearing aid, so he could barely hear anything I said). With regards to food, RC is (as usual) very over priced, with a 16ounce ribeye now costing $71. Overall, just not worth the money anymore. Outback or Roadhouse serve equally tasty food, for far less price. Summary: When the atmosphere becomes impossible to be heard, and with cost of the meal skyrocketing, this is just not a good value anymore. We will not be returning, and I would advise anyone reading to consider this before making your reservation. On a brighter note: we did have a good waiter who...
