Absolute worst experience of my life. I was charged $500 to sit in a booth for 30 minutes that smelt of vomit. When I attempt to resolve the issue I was physically assaulted but the manager, Eric, and kicked out. If it were an option to leave zero stars I would.
Me and some friends went to PBR to celebrate the Kansas City Chiefs winning of the Super Bowl. We got the largely overpriced bottle service that comes with a booth. Shortly after being sat we all noticed that the booth smelt so strongly of vomit that we were unable to physically stay there. The staff and management knew of the issue with the horrid smell but sat us there anyway with the sole intent of stealing our money. They provide two ‘complementary’ bottles of champagne before we ever mentioned the smell. We were told by put server that the bottles were meant to make up for the smell. They didn’t.
I attempted to work out the issue, pay for the few drinks that we were still finishing, and leave. However, the very unprofessional manager, Eric, had no intentions of allowing us to leave without paying the outrageous $500 minimum. Mind you, we’ve had 4 beers and poured 2 cocktails not 15 minutes in at this point. Eric, made the problem our fault even though him and our waitress admitted to knowing of the issue prior to sitting us there. At this point, Eric is speaking to me like a child blaming me all the way up to the point that he physically assaults me and pushes me out the door.
Simple put, if you’d like to spend your time in a vomit smelling room that serves over priced drinking and every once in awhile assaults you, PBR Big Sky is just the place for you.
What makes all of this worse, is that Eric went ahead and sat another poor group of people in that same spot for the rest of the night. Save yourself the time and money and enjoy any of the dozen other bars in the area as they will all provide a...
Read moreHORRIBLE. I’ve never seen any bar so dirty in my entire life. I was disgusted. The bathrooms were horrendous, have to be a health code violation right there. I took pictures. Every stall was horrible. Pizza and throw up all over the ground inside womens restroom, no toilet paper. Only one sink had HAND SOAP. I complained about the cleanliness of the restrooms and the bar floor outside the restrooms and nothing got done. They put toilet paper inside of the bathroom & did not clean up anything in the 3 hours I spent here. Complete filth. Music was unbearable it was extremely loud and uncomfortable. The blonde girl with the fake hair at the front checking everyone in was extremely rude as well, she looked miserable and she took it out on everybody else. I asked a simple question and got snapped at for no reason. Terrible attitude. Checked the bathroom on my way out and it had been left to sit like that. When I go to Power & Light I always go to Mosaic and Angels Rock Bar. Don’t waste your time in this trash-hole....
Read moreWas in town visiting and went to PBR. Cool place to visit to see for yourself.... yet the things I need to speak on can make you stay away
The drinks are priced too high.....They are charging way too much and the drinks were just typical bar drinks. Nothing fancy and no expensive brands. But let me guess the ice price as gone up do to inflation lol
The cover charge is priced like a few of our clubs back home which is Chicago or a major metropolitan club.... it was $20 a person. This price is definitely way to high for a club like this, especially when it has no where to even sit and or place your drinks...
The place was a nice size but had about 10 to 15 seats so you have to stand for hours on end if you aren't one of the lucky 15.
The place had only 2 bar tenders. With a nice size bar and many ppl. 2 bar tenders is very bad...
On a Positive: The place is big. The music was good and mixed up. I seen no drama at all...
