Really disappointed with the experience here. A couple of the musicians were really talented but the rest were embarrassing to listen to. Playing several instruments poorly is not what we were expecting in a piano bar at all. The music selections were like from a cheap wedding. We paid $140 (you get a $40 drink credit) for a table and were excited to be seated right up front but after like 2 songs the whole front area was filled with people dancing (terribly) and so we couldn't see the musicians at all. Plus everyone was really drunk so they were spilling drinks everywhere and bumping into our table trying to shove the chairs out of the way. Complete rip off. The server was either really slow or just totally overwhelmed so the drinks took forever. We've been to piano bars before and so I was really excited for high quality musicians and a good show but all we really got were a couple dudes screaming into a mic, one really good female singer and a TON of very drunk college kids and their parents. So weird. Definitely don't waste your money here.

This was the worst piano bar we've ever been to. I paid $240 in table fees for a prime spot for my husband's birthday just to have people stand all in front of us and not be able to see or get to the stage for request. I don't think they even played our request. I left to go to the bathroom and when I came back someone had pushed our seats out of the way to make room for their group. We always go the Howl at the Moon or Pete's Piano Bar when we travel and this was hands down the worst one. We just moved here and will not be back unless they adhere to the typical piano bar seating policies. I want a refund.. total waste of money.

This bar was unlike anything I've seen before. The pianists were absolutely amazing, far better than anything I would expect in a bar, and as the night went on and more performers joined with guitars, drums, etc, the more mesmerized we became. The drinks were excellent. Even when we tried to go elsewhere to bar hop, we ended up coming right back. No wonder there were 3 bachelorette, and 4 birthday parties there. Wish we had a place like this back at home.

My first time at this place was on the 17th to celebrate my birthday and had won a party package that I could invite up to 100 people to get in for free and get a wrist band for cheap drinks all night! It was 90s night and had a blast. Won a SECOND party package and came out this last Friday the 24th, and created a singles mingle event for this FB group I was in.

The object was to invite up to 100 people to get in for free and get the wrist bands, since that’s what I won, or that’s what the promotion manager stated anyway. I am not much of a partier (last weekend for my birthday was enough for the year)… but I figured, why not help others to have a good night? So, of course, I didn’t know very many people and some from the FB group came, but if I had 15 people under my name, I could get a free bucket (same went for last weekend too). So, I went out and found a few people to invite under my name.

The manager, Lauren or Laura, approached me angrily and said that what I was doing was not allowed. Mind you, I had been drinking non alcoholic beverages all night with my wrist band and drink tickets. I asked where the fine print was for the promotion and then asked to see signs stating that I couldn’t round people up for my party. I mean, that’s kinda helping the business too? If she had not gotten in my face the way she did, I wouldn’t be writing this review. She kept cutting me off every time I tried to speak and wet exchanged words. I will just say that she will end up doing that to the wrong (and maybe even drunk) person one day and learn to regret it. I will be contacting their promotions department as well to bring this behavior to their attention. It was my right to invite people in under my name to get that bucket because that was also a part of the promotion.

I will say that the waitress was very friendly and the doorman (the older gentleman) was pretty cool. However, I’ll be spreading attention about this and will never return (unless it’s for the lead singer from last weekend that dressed up as Stan for their 90s theme).. no good crowd interaction this past weekend. Just a different atmosphere altogether and I blame...

I will say the band did a AMAZING job! I will only come back for them.

I was a happy hour winner and me and all my friends were given two tickets each for 1$ drinks. We order at the bar, attempt to give our bartenders the 1$ drink tickets and both ladies told us to hold on to them. Given it was all our first time there, we held on to the assuming they would take them when we closed our tab. We had wristband specials which means all our drinks were discounted on a wristband special menu.. everytime anyone of us ordered a drink we would ask what is recommended on that menu special. By the end of the night we all go to close our tabs, and they did not take our tickets, told us our drinks were already discounted because they were “tonight’s drink special” not “wristband special” .. we were all confused considering this was our time there. So instead of 2$, 4$, 6$ drinks, I ended spending 35$ on three drinks.. our bartender didn’t even try to make anything better for our experience. We felt taken advantage of, by the next day a friend that went out with us got a charge on there phone saying they left a 50$ dollar tip.. my friend only pays cash tips when she goes out!! So for whoever felt the need to do that was wrong. She left a 22$ cash tip so 70$ going into someone’s pocket by one person is wrong.. needless to say I will only be going back for the band, they did a fantastic job preforming. I will tip...

Went here to have a fun night out with my husband for our anniversary and we had called and made reservations we got there and it was dead but it was during the week. We walked in and no one seemed to have a clue about our reservation.we first talked to bartender and he told us to talk to the Door guy who was rude. They got the manager for the night and he said no one had told him about our reservations and he was going to ck on it. The manager said that he would give a gift card but could not Refund our 50$. We told him we don’t need gift cards because we don’t live here and rarely visit KC. Manager said we would have to call GM the next day to talk to him about getting a refund. My husband and I were very up set and left. The next day a different manager call my husband and refunded our money and let us keep the gift card for when we decided to come back and try it out again. My husband and I appreciated the phone call back in a timely manner and that they were able to give us back our money! We will try it again sometime and hope for a better experience because we really enjoyed that band that played there while we were trying to get...
