Waterbird coffee encompasses a wide range of important parts of the coffee culture. I have been in and around the coffee community throughout Kansas City for years. The owners truly have a strong sense of discipline towards great coffee while holding a humble attitude and are driving their own personality and signature to how they do it. It’s nice to see a coffee shop that knows the ropes of what the demographic of people are looking for out of coffee and at the same time maintaining a strong diligence on how to serve our community.

Read moreWe walked about 10 minutes to get here because it was the highest-rated coffee spot nearby and it was absolutely worth the walk. The coffee was fantastic, the blueberry scones were delicious, and there were so many tempting options it was hard to choose just one.
