Dunkin' — Restaurant in Katy

THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO REFUND YOU IF YOU DO A MOBILE ORDER. Keep that in mind if you decide to give this place a chance.

I personally think you should not come to this Dunkin unless you want to leave with none of your order and no way to refund it. I ordered some drinks and donuts on the mobile app and when I got to the window they said they were out of the flavoring for the drinks and asked if I wanted a different flavor. I came specifically for that flavor so I politely declined and asked for a refund. They can’t do refunds on mobile orders apparently so I asked how I am supposed to get my money back and the woman at the window didn’t know. I asked her to ask someone who did know and she came back and said I need to call corporate. I was forced to leave with no help, none of my food and no drinks.

I called corporate and the automated bot said no one was able to assist me so I had to then somehow find a way to the virtual chat bot on the website, submit a claim there and get told I had to wait 2 business days. That’s just not right so I had to make a claim with my bank.

This is completely unacceptable. I have been to this Dunkin multiple times and 4 out of 5 times they get my order wrong. Still I never complained because I get what it’s like working in a busy place and am not the type to review a place or complain for something small like that but this time was my last straw.

This location needs some SERIOUS training of all of the employees and the management here needs to do better. Dunkin corporate also needs to figure their stuff out because it should not be this hard to get a refund. Very disappointing experience, just go somewhere else for coffee, this place is not worth the...

Everytime I go here they always mess up on something. Today was probably the worst. I put my order in, about 5 minutes later my food is done before my drink🤔 I see on of the ladies (her name is Claira) And I think she's making my drink, well she isnt.. I'm asking her and she's not acknowledging me. Another lady ask what I'm waiting for and I let her know i haven't gotten my coffee yet. she ask the other girl (claira) what she was doing and she said the drive thru (mind you there was already someone on drive-thru) she was told to stop and make my drink, I had to let her know how many pumps of vanilla (she didn't say anything to me) I had to tell her not to use whole milk to use oatmilk, when she picked up the gallon of milk I said ma'am its supposed to be oatmilk not whole milk, she slammed down the milk (STILL HASNT SAID ANYTHING TO ME) she went to put the lid on, and I had to tell her there's supposed to have cold foam, the lady that asked what she was doing came over to her and took over, finished my drink gave it back to the girl who had messed everything up, she went to hand it to me and goes here, when she looked up you could tell she was on drugs because she could hardly keep her eyes open. I have never had such poor service like that. I would be embarrassed to keep an employee that you can tell doesn't care about her job. I would expect all screw ups on a super busy day, but it was very slow. No reason for me to put my order in at 4:41 and not get it till 4:53! On top of that with...

... how do yall make coffee all day and STILL not know how to make good coffee... you have ONE job. literally ! I live just down the street from this location. it is convenient but JESUS it's NEVER GOOD. i think today i hit my breaking point. i have a long day ahead of me for it to start off with me wasting 15 bucks on garbage. SOOOOO DONE.

the coffee: hit or miss but mostly misses. if the coffee isn't burnt, it'll have no milk in it, if it doesn't have burnt coffee, and no milk, then there's NOTHING but ice in the drink. if it's not burnt coffee, no milk, too much ice, then it's NOTHING BUT MILK OR WAYY TOO MUCH ESPRESSO. like you CANT win 😭 (i order the sabrina brown sugar shaken espresso, it's good when it's rarely made right but it never is 😭)

the food: never again... i'm starving today... i got me the sausage egg and cheese and it is the most slimiest breakfast EVER. WHY IS IT SLIMY ??? i didn't know i ordered gary the snail to go ???

the donuts are always good because... its donuts.

overall soo done with this crappy sucky location. just sucks because its so convenient living like 5 minutes away and it being on the way to work. dunkin... please do some reforming to this location... as of right now. it sucks and is a total waste of money...

oh also- how do they take their time making the drinks where you have to pull up and park to wait but yet it's always bad ??? like if you're gonna take ur time, at least make the drinks correctly...
