Decent breakfast, huge portions, and somewhat good service. This was our second time here on an early Sunday morning before it got too crazy busy. The booth was comfortable and roomy. The server was nice and friendly but the pace of our meal seemed a bit off. Example bringing me a glass of ice tea with three ice cubes in it - and me having to ask for a glass of ice - not bringing my husband’s refill of soda until he was finished with his meal. Server had walked by us several times without checking in us or seeing that my husband’s glass was empty. Now I know why they have huge bottles of water on each table because they seem very stingy on drinks refills for the price point. The Denver omelet was huge and arrived piping hot, the side of fruit seemed fresh. Some of the red grapes were mushy and tasted off, the pineapple was sliced with the “core” part still on it, which was off putting, the orange slice had huge seeds in it and had zero flavor. The cantaloupe and watermelon were fresh and tasty. The side of pancakes were very thin, so what’s small, and not fluffy at all. The syrup arrived warmed in glass bottle that was a nice touch. My husband had the jalapeño skillet with eggs over easy and wheat toast. It had a nice spicy kick too it, but the jalapeño chunks were huge and could have been diced smaller and it was rather greasy. The eggs were more over medium than easy. He didn’t even finish the skillet and was disappointed. His soda was not refilled until we got the bill. The menu is rather large with unique offerings and we may go back to try other items as the prices were reasonable for the portion size. We were not wow-ed like other reviewers, but thought it was better than your average Kenosha breakfast places. When we left it was hard to get out the door due to the amount of people waiting to be seated. The parking lot was a bit scary to navigate as well due to it being so crowded and people driving very erratic in all directions. So be careful if you go on weekend when it...

I took a friend there for her birthday breakfast. She had been there once before and raved about the food and service. Our experience was quite the opposite. The food was cold and disgusting. The portions were small for the prices charged. There was some weird sauce on my $20 corned beef hash, the eggs were undercooked, the bread was barely toasted and didn't even melt the butter. The entire meal was cold. The biscuits and gravy my friend ordered, she didn't touch. She said it wasn't the same as her last visit and tasted gross. Her food was cold as well. Her orange juice was warm. I ordered a side of fruit. Not good either. I spit the kiwi into my napkin cause it was hard and nitter. Only offered 1 refill of the $4 coffee, after we were through with the meal. We didn't finish either meal.

The service by Jennifer B. was atrocious. She spent an inappropriate sitting, yes sitting, and socializing with the customers around us. After speaking with the manager, she stopped coming around our table all together, to the point I was wondering if I was getting a check. The manager comped the $20 corned beef and eggs, but the bill was still $40.

If prices for breakfast that are comparable to a steak house with white table cloths, then the meal and service better be stellar. Nither was true. My friend and I each drove 40 minutes, from oposite directions, to receive this dumpster fire of a breakfast experience. Believe you me, not only will we not be back, we will tell everyone we know about our lousy experience.

Pass this place by. There are plenty of restaurants that have great food and wonderful service for...

This was my first time here and I will not be back. I joined the waitlist online where it tells you to download the app to see your spot in line. Once you get there, you're greeted by the host to check in and from there you wait and are supposed to receive a text when you’re table it ready, which we never did once we were finally seated. We were told it was a 12-30 minute wait which turned into a 45 minute wait. Which I understand it's an estimated time, but people who got there after us were seated before us. Not to mention when the app told us we were next to be seated, it took 30 minutes after that for us to be seated. I finally went up to the hostess to ask what was going on because, again, people who got there after us were being seated before us. After saying something, we finally got seated 5 minutes later. The older lady with dark and gray hair was extremely rude to everyone, but what really made me uncomfortable was how rude she was to the hostess. The hostess seemed to be new but there was no reason to embarrass her in front of the many people waiting to be seated or to talk down to her at all. Also, if you’re planning on going here, just know they won't let you check in or seat you until your whole party is there. This wasn’t an issue for me, but I saw many people get annoyed with this. I wouldn’t use the app either because it’s inaccurate. I would also say don’t go outside and wait because people were complaining about never getting a text so they were being skipped. Our waiter was nice but the rude lady up front and the mess of a system they have for waiting/being seated, I...

I can't comment on the food and the service because I didn't eat here. It caught my attention when I was looking for a place to eat. Well, actually, II went to a different place, and on my way out. I saw this restaurant and I goes. Oh, that might be a nice place to take the family and so I went inside and took a look around. And looked at the menu, see what they had to offer as well as pricing. All this reasonable and the place was humming. It was, it looked pretty good. Did anything stand out? I talked with one of the managers, you know, how long they've been there, you know what their favorite dish is, and you know? Things of that nature, and she said that she's not a pic. What did she say? Poached eggs, she says she didn't like poached eggs that much, but she tried it for the first time in this place and she enjoyed it well. I say to that kudos to you my friend, I can't walk. I can't walk that path. I'm not a big fan, but it took her. It took her out of her comfort zone to try it. So that says something Like, I said, they've been there a couple of years, you know, I've been driving through that area for a while, and I didn't notice this restaurant there. So that's also, it made me curious Here's some photos that I've taken.

**Mad Rooster - Kenosha, WI: Exceptional Experience from Start to Finish!** We arrived at Mad Rooster in Kenosha with only 15 minutes until closing time, unsure if we’d be accommodated. To our delight, the staff welcomed us with open arms and a warm smile, swiftly arranging a table for our party of six. Our server, Chad, exemplified excellence. Despite the late hour, he provided fast and thoughtful service, keeping our water bottles filled and attentively catering to our drink orders. Chad's professionalism and cheerful demeanor truly enhanced our dining experience. The food was nothing short of spectacular. Several of us ordered the Mad Burgers, and everyone unanimously agreed that it ranked among the top five burgers we’ve ever tasted. I opted for the salmon Benedict, which was superb. Though I prefer my salmon a bit less cooked, the exquisite sauce and perfectly ripe avocado made this dish undeniably five-star worthy. Thank you, Mad Rooster, for the outstanding service at the end of your day and the delectable food. We will definitely be back for more!
