I honestly hate this place. Well, to be clear, I hate all fast food restaurants these days. Nobody that works in these places knows what they're doing, and nor does it seem they care to learn. 20 years ago, my first job was at a Wendy's. We had to wear an actual uniform and act right. These days, these kids think it's okay to go to work wearing sweats. And the managers allow it? Or better yet, the franchise owners? Pathetic. The food quality at this Wendy's is never the issue. It's the crappy service and lack of "care". YES. I do expect you to care about the service I get even though it's a low paying job. You don't like having a low paying job? Not my problem. Go get your skills up and get a better job. But don't make that my problem, because it's not. I am paying my hard earned money for a service, and I expect to receive the service I'm paying for. What does that mean? Don't forget my sauce and don't make my sandwich wrong. It's really not that difficult to have some attention to detail. Every time I go to this location, it's always one thing or another concerning my order. I shouldn't have to pull apart my entire order in the drive-thru and check that you made all of my sandwiches correctly. As soon as I start talking, I’m cut off by ANOTHER random Mexican lady on the microphone as she yells “ONE MOMENT PLEASE!” Mind you somebody just asked me what I wanted before she butted in. That’s fine, I’ll wait. 4 minutes go by. Then when ordering she’s incredibly rude for no reason, telling me “they don’t serve frostees until 10:30am and that they don’t have any sign or anything that says that but that’s just what they do at THIS location. Read moreStopped in for lunch ordered a family of nuggets a bacon pub fries a med fri.placed my order after being ignored for 5 minutes. It took 20 minutes for my order to get to me during this time I saw 4 other people come in after me and get their orders before me I also saw that the drive thru cleared out in that time I also observed two staff talking in Spanish and hand gestures toward me and the monitor.
