Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Kingman

I didn't know it at the time about my poor choice of where to have lunch in Kingman, AZ. I had been to Jimmy John's once before and had a nice experience. I was there at 2:34 today and was the only one in the restaurant. I ordered a #2 Big John with a small drink. the cashier showed me a clear glass and I said this is the smallest we have. I said that was fine---so he rang me up. I put ice in the glass with some lemon aide and iced tea. Went back to my table to enjoy my lunch. From out of nowhere, this male staff member comes whipping around the corner, still tying his apron and started question and reprimanding me on my drink choice. He tells me that the clear glasses are for water ONLY. I told him that I ordered a small drink and this is what the cashier gave me. Then he questioned me again---if i paid for it or not. I said I don't know, check my bill. I didn't see anyone there that looked like a manager or I would have brought this to someones attention. They should re-think their staff training on belittling costumers for not knowing their glass Protocol. This was enough to ruin my whole day and lunch experience. It has to get a star today because you can't post without one. Next time I'm in that town, I will think twice about where to go for lunch having quite a few more places to...

I've always had great experiences here however yesterday was different. Annie and Cody were very unprofessional for unknown reasons. I have always ordered my sandwich the same but tonight was different. I usually ask for all my tomatoes on one side but the girl said with a smirk, "no we don't do that you can have it on the side!" So I say okay and continue to order and ask for other toppings as well. A lot of the things I asked for she was saying, "you have to put that on yourself!" Okay at that point I knew I'd be making my own sandwich and I was okay with that because I like what I like and I understand they have rules. However, when they gave me the sandwich ALL the toppings were on the side they didn't bag anything just were rude and said, "it's self bag!" Are you serious!? The bags and napkins are sitting out for anyone to touch them all, sneeze, or skins cells to fall on. I just think the service was completely rude and I will visit other locations from now on. Do not order through the app! Seriously, not worth the headache. They delivered to the wrong address! Operator error? Sure, I could have made a mistake, but after double checking my app order the correct address was there. I had a previous order that went to the correct address..that worked just fine. This second order was supposed to go to my work. It went to a different address. I cant leave work to go get it. AND I'm not eating a sandwich that has been sitting out for 5 hours. I called and spoke to a staff member who said they couldn't deliver a new order to the correct address because they had no way of paying their driver. They would issue a refund only if they went and picked up the food from the incorrect address. SO, they wont deliver to the correct address to correct their mistake, but they will go back to the incorrect address to get the meal I've already paid for. What a mess! Dont use the app or bother with their unusual customer...
