Absolutely, horrible customer service skills. When they put my donuts in the bag they were maple, frosted donuts. They were put in there. Upside down was nothing in between the donuts in the bag so when I got to my destinations, all of my maple frosting was all at the bottom of my bag stuck to it, and I had to peel my donuts off of it and there is nothing left. Of the frosting so I came back to the store to try to make it right and there’s donuts that they replace them with literally had a speckle of frosting on it like I would not pay for a donut that looked like that in 100 years or ever for that fact And I tried to explain to them that I worked at a Dunkin’ Donuts when I was 15 or 16 years old which I am now 41 and when I had to serve donuts, we put layers of wax paper or whatever in between the donuts and packaged them appropriately so that they stood straight and didn’t tumble all over the place And they proceeded to argue with me over that that it is now a health concern to try to make your food more presentable and have it survive the trip from the store to the vehicle. Anyways I could keep going all day about how rude they were, and how unacceptable to another point of view or How things were done when I was doing it that I just turned around and had to leave and the manager was very impressionable and with a very sneer voice said goodbye have a nice day and didn’t let me get my point across so anyways I would highly recommend not to visit this place or waste your money here unless you want your order messed up and do you want to pay for stuff that is not what you expect to get do you know with the prices that they now have an all of their items you expect to have a decent product when you receive it but that is definitely not the case at this facility so do not come here. And I will make sure to tell everyone about my experience here and not to visit this place. I thought the Bill Nab Mall facility was the worst. This one now takes its place. I didn’t think that would be possible. I would give it zero stars or even negative if it was an option but I can’t so that’s why I give it one star...
Read moreThis location never has any sense of urgency, the manager of this location is very rude to customers and employees. Telling customers they do not know what they are talking about & that issues within the store itself is the customers fault. Never having door dash orders ready or the door dash tablet is never actually turned on, they do not care about customers orders, who have already paid and processed through, making this a waste of everyone’s time and money. Having the manager come to me, tell me I am wrong, that I have no idea what I’m talking about, and that the issue was on my end... which it clearly was not. Instead of resetting her door dash tablet and waiting for it to re load to find the order that WAS placed and ALREADY paid for, she decided that coming over to me to tell me “ I dont know what you want me to do, this order is not here, so do something about it” & then walked away from me after I had already previously showed her the location, the exact address , the order that needed to be filled, and the customers name.
Maybe a new manager would be a better option of making sure the customers are number one priority, instead of her assuming that she is always right.
This is not the first time this has happened, and this is not the second time this has happened.... having this be an ongoing issue within this store is absolutely ridiculous.

Read moreWent in to pick up a order Sunday and the dark haired woman on the sandwich station was more concerned about kissing on a guy at the counter and again in the lobby, there were only a few customers and yet waited just over 20 minutes to receive the order waiting while instead of taking care of customers and orders she was more concerned with outside of work behavior and had to get another employee to bail her out,as well as the liberal use of profanity I definitely understand why their losing customers and constantly get bad reviews.Will be looking into who the franchise owner is as well as the corporate side and bringing this and other occurrences to light regarding this store.This location is poorly managed and maintained and need a serious...
