We work long and hard, every single day, to make this store what it isāand even more so, what we hope it will continue to grow into. Thereās always a new improvement, a small change, or a big step forward happening behind the scenes.
This store has become our second home. We spend more time here than we do with our families, and every decision we make is with our customers and community in mind.
About Pricing:
We understand that pricing can be a sensitive topic. We are constantly striving to lower prices where possible, but please rememberāwe are a higher-end resale store. Just like in any upscale shop, not all prices are negotiable. Some items are from independent vendors who rent space and set their own pricing. We do not take commissions from their sales. Others are on consignment, and while we earn a small percentage, there are still administrative, processing, and overhead costs that impact those earnings.
Heather, the owner, carries enormous overheadāfrom heating and cooling our 19,000 sq. ft. space, to electricity, wages, water, gas, insurance, and more. The inventory you see isnāt donatedāitās 99.9% purchased upfront from distributors. Donations are rare, but always appreciated when they come.
About Vendors and Payment:
For those who were once vendors here: I personally work with many of you, and I know we had great relationships. If something changes or if thereās an issueāplease reach out to us directly. Posting online without first trying to resolve things only creates confusion and damage.
Regarding a missing piece from an item: yes, something small went missing. We looked, we couldnāt locate it, and Heather paid the vendor for the full item out of her own pocket. Our contracts state that we are not responsible beyond reasonable measures for lost or stolen items, and yet we still did the right thing.
We have over 50 cameras inside and outside the store recording 24/7. If anything happens, we will review the footage and take appropriate action.
As for payments: I donāt handle the finances, but Iāve seen the checks go out each month. Unfortunately, the post office has lost a few, and weāve had to stop payments and reissue them. If you havenāt received a checkāplease contact us before going public. We are more than willing to make it right.
At the end of the day, we are a small business doing our best to thrive and support our families while creating a beautiful, affordable, and high-quality shopping space for the community.

The lady they have running the register is very friendly, cool stuff, etc etc etc. But I also mentioned in my review that some of the prices are notably higher than one might expect to see in a store like this. Whether they set those prices themselves or not as a consignment shop, those are the prices customers can expect to see and that is the kind of information people come to reviews to find out. They responded to my review like an offended social media troll. Very strange and unprofessional considering it was a positive 4 star review.
