This past spring I was convinced to race in this years Timberman 70.3. After nearly two decades of being off a bike, I decided it best to consult the professionals first.

There’s none better than MC Cycle. From the second I walked in the door Jamie and Myles answered every question I had and were vital in me purchasing my first road bike.

In the few short months of training leading up to the race, I felt as if I was in the shop nearly every week; looking to upgrade gear, ask questions on maintenance, or have the bike tuned up. Every time I was greeted with the upmost professionalism possible.

Because of their unparalleled customer service and advice, I was able to complete my first ever 70.3; although I did miss my time goal by 1 min and 35 seconds. And let me tell you, they let me know all about days after the race during my weekly stop (all in good nature). It was extremely reassuring that although I was a fairly new customer, they had listened to what my goal and intentions were and even kept tabs on my splits during the race.

My husband and I both bought Felt bicycles here earlier this summer. Both Miles and Cale were patient and took the time to acquaint us with the different options over several visits while we were looking. When it came to ordering the bicycles Miles sized each of us and ordered the bikes for us. Once the bikes arrived the staff at MC Cycle assembled them and then fitted us to the bikes when we came to pick them up. We have ridden these new bikes all summer and thoroughly enjoyed them and felt that we made an informed purchase thanks, in part, to the guidance of Miles and Cale. They included a free one-month tune up which we took advantage of and I returned after two months (again for free) for another slight cable adjustment. This bike shop is staffed with the kindest, most helpful people! I wanted to take my kids for a walk and my stroller had two flats that I could not get a bike pump onto. They carried my (fairly heavy & obnoxious to carry) stroller into the store and filled the tires up for me, and then carried the stroller all the way back to my car. They just put a lot of care into helping me out and it didn’t go unnoticed! They made my pretty stressful morning into a much better day for my kids and I.
