Wendy's — Restaurant in LaGrange

I am a frequent customer at this wendys but mostly at breakfast. I decided to get a burger today. Wrong wrong wrong!! I ordered the small combo, single pretzel bacon pub burger with small fries and small coke. The price listed is $8.79 for the combo. However I was changed $10.15 and no receipt. I pulled over and searched for the receipt, thinking it was in the bag since I thought I had been overcharged. No receipt at all. I went back to the window and asked for my receipt. It was practically thrown at me by the lady at the window, a tall, sarcastic African American woman. I asked when the prices went up? She said all the prices went up "uhm,what day is it today?" I asked why there were no notices of the increased prices if that was the case. She stated there were notices all over the place. I could not locate any notices of anywhere of an across the board price increase anywhere on the building or the order kiosk. I told her it is illegal to advertise a product at one price and charge a higher one at checkout. She said "is it? Too bad." I asked for her supervisor's name, she said it was Clarisa, no last name. I asked for the owners name and number. CJ, no last name either. No phone number for anyone either, they don't have last names or telephone numbers. She laughed and walked away as did the 4 or 5 other workers with her. She has been there before when I ordered and usually throws the food out the window at the customer. I know the food quality and accuracy of orders has gone down quite a bit recently (bacon croissant for a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit for insurance and a half full cup of cold coffee, no condiments as requested). I did not want to complain but to be insulted, laughed at, lied to and overcharged is it. I will be in touch with both the owner and the corporate office as there is no reason to insult the customer for wanting a receipt or a correct price. So sad about the deteriorating customer service at this Wendy's location. Additional: Ok, opened my food. Ice cold fries, burned. Burger bun black on the bottom, not just toasted but charred black. Top bun partially burned but not as black as the bottom bun. I am going to try to eat just the burger part of my burger. Drink also weak, like the flavor syrup was low in the dispenser. We pull up and the woman at the speaker says they can’t take orders for 10 more minutes. We tell her we have a mobile order, she says she can’t do anything because the system is rebooting. We pull into a parking spot and sit for 10 minutes. We notice the woman and a man (looked like a cook) were just standing outside talking and every time someone would pull up she would would tell them the same thing. We pull back into the drive thru after the 10 minutes, she says she still can’t do anything. That’s when I told me fiancé to ask for her name, she told us her name and then sounded worried and told us if we would just give her 5 more minutes she could help us. After waiting 15 minutes total we were able to finally get our food. The service here is always bad, the staff is rude and they all act like they hate being there. This was just beyond frustrating, I had just finished fasting for 24 hours and was starving, they were out of cookies too, maybe while they were standing outside waiting on the system to reboot they could have...

Pulled up to the drive thru to order and the last said they could only take mobile orders, I had to download the app, sweet it up, then make my order. After I ordered it said to pull up to the drive thru and let them know I had a mobile order. The older lady inside was trying to do everything she could to get everyone's order and fill them, mean while 4 other employees was sitting in a car, which I attached the picture, smoking pot, you could smell it across the parking lot when all 4 finally decided to get out and go back in. The smoke rolled out of the vehicle. The tag number to this vehicle was a Georgia tag, number Rxh7952. I know folks are hard to for help, but folks sitting in the car getting high isn't help. When they came in and we finally got our food, they tried to short is a drink till we showed them the receipt, get to the hotel and the double we were suppose to have gotten was a single.
