Another Dunkin on this trip â another disappointment. I've arrived at this location at approximately 21.30 (half an hour before closing) and stood next to the mobile order pickup point. When the barista noticed me, he had already crumpled the receipt with my order on it and then said â "We actually don't do frozen coffee right now". When I was trying to reach my husband to figure out what he'd like instead the barista said "Well, while you're figuring this out I'm going to continue closing, cause I wanna go home". So, already not amusing. When my husband came in, I told him that what he wanted wasn't available and offered to get a signature latte instead. As soon as I offered that, the barista started arguing and saying that what I offered was more than what I paid (mind you, the order was already paid for), and saying that ANY SIZE signature lattes are $1 more than the frozen coffee, when in reality, ON THE MENU BEHIND HIS BACK, it was clearly stated that a large signature latte is just 10¢ more than the frozen coffee of the same size. I understand that he wasn't going to work/get me smth more than what I paid for, but it sounded more like he didn't actually want to do anything and would rather give me a refund just to get rid of us. When he finally checked the menu and found out that I was actually right, he once again tried to argue with me, but at last agreed to make my husband a medium signature pumpkin spice latte (which was â 50¢ less than what we actually paid, so we were already getting less than what we paid for). After making it in a "take it and get lost" manner he just turned away and said "Have a good evening", once again dismissing the fact that: 1. We're paying customers; 2. This location is still open; 3. We have another drink on the order (which he obviously forgot cause he barely got to look at our receipt before crumpling it to throw it away). When we made light of the last situation, he once again had to look at the order print and only then got to making and serving my drink in the same "I couldn't care less" manner. Needless to say that the Pumpkin Spice latte was barely anything but a latte with just some whipped cream on top. There was no pumpkin flavor at all. My drink was probably made well only because it's quite foolproof to begin with.
I was quite upset and disappointed. But I still have love and hope for the Dunkin'...
   Read moreWish i could rate service a 0 star. Came inside to sit and order with my mother and brother. My mother and I had ordered separately from my brother since he arrived later. He placed in his order at the kiosk at 16:34 and didn't receive his order till 16:45 and no they weren't busy we were the only customers including drive through. The employees, including their manager, all disappeared after what I assume was a friend of theirs brought them food. They all simultaneously went on a lunch break with no one at the counter. Mind you, my brothers order was already placed and was on their screen. Only until more customers walked in and the bell chimed did they come out. Very unprofessional, I understand people need to eat, but not all at the same time. Also, I'm not sure if they even washed their hands before serving the customers. Prior to us leaving, we heard one remark from one of the employees that they didn't want to be here which again I find it very unprofessional to make that statement in front...
   Read moreMade an online order of 3 signature lattes, and a dozen of munchkins. Went there after 10 minutes, coffees were ready. Well, the drinks was not really good as usual. I ordered latte with mocha and no chocolate taste at all! It is just pure coffee with milk. And the munchkins were not at the pick up counter, so i asked a lady for it and she just told me someone will bring it to you. Well in fact it is just in their counter and she can just pick it up and give it to me instead of just walking around doing nothing, i observed her and she just touching the coffee machines and chitchatting with her coworker. I waited for another 7 minutes for me to be noticed by one lady and asked me if i needed help, and i told her i need munchkins that i ordered online. And she gave it to me which what they have on their shelve. Easy! I used to love their employees when they were in the gasoline station. But now, i donât know. Not hospitable and helping at all! Could do better next...
