Love the sandwiches, employers are wonderful, prices are actually pretty good and their willing to make changes if you ask to your sandwich, as for comments on why the mayo is runny at times, anytime you have the sauce added or veggies like tomatoes on your sub it's going to run from the liquid the veggies give off, so you can always asked to have sauce or mayo on the side to prevent that. As for people complaining about not having enough meat on their sub (ie salami) they use 6 slices of salami plus 3 pieces of capacola so if you order with no cap then yeah your only getting 6 slices salami and if your ordering the #5 which is salami, cap, tomato, onion, lettuce, sauce, oregano/basil and it's not enough then order the #9 which has salami, capacola, and ham, mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion, sauce, and oregano/basil lol OH AND NAPKINS ARE AT THE END WHERE PICK UP IS OR JUST ASK THEYLL GET YOU SOME. Lids and straws for drinks are right above the soda machine. ITS A SELF SERVICES BUSINESS. I've been in here plenty of times and not once have I had an issue or bad service, so many people are so self entitled that you will complain over anything so if you don't like it then go to subway. Read moreIn all my years I’ve never seen such poor customer service. I felt so bad for a lady a few customers ahead of me. She ordered a sandwich and before she even paid, it was made! She said she wanted to remove some items it came with and they refused and told her “we already made it the way it comes” and pointed to the menu to show her. When she asked why she could not have customized it they told her “we don’t do that here” (even though I did). When the woman (now understandably starting to get upset) asked them to make it again THEY EXPECTED HER TO PAY FOR ANOTHER SANDWICH! When she (again understandably) got more upset they asked her to leave the store with the incorrect original sandwich. I’ve never seen anyone kicked out of a place of business trying to get an order made correctly. Whatever happened to the customer is always right? Read moreCustomer service is no longer. I had a delivery order that was placed through the app that was NEVER received by me. Called the store twice and was hung up on. Finally was able to talk to someone who told me that they don’t deal with their own orders, but instead I have to call Uber Eats? I didn’t place my order through Uber Eats OR have any contact with them. I was lied to and told they do not do refunds if uber eats delivers their orders. So what do I do? I go into the store and told that they DID refund my order. I thought that wasn’t possible?? Then told I had to pay for my order AGAIN if I wanted the food that I did not lose. What. Ever. Food was completely inedible and tasted like chemicals. Had to be thrown away and wasted my time and money....
