Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Lake Geneva

(except for a nice satellite one in Target), and now a drive thru in the Walmart parking lot, oh yeah, one more in the Grand Geneva. The large one, walking distance. Across from post office is the one I mostly visit. Good atmosphere/sometimes kept up. It is void of the couch; {update: outdoor couch and patio furniture now} and the Tao Teas, (no more Tao at all Starbucks') my 30% go to 😞. Teavana Teas don't jive with ME. However, a nice Starbucks' and my go to for winter therapy. Managed poorly on certain days. Last two visits, drinks were prepared poorly. Inexperienced crew last visit. WISH that Starbys' would restructure a REAL recycling system. This location has a few nice spots to sip/sit outside....since writing this, I'm re-editing. Now; 01/15/18, the one on main street has been upgraded. Management has been paying attention. However stay on top of what you want/receipt etc. Physically, it's a beautiful Starbucks'. {fireplace} cozy chairs to sink into. A problem with me; the commercial type of limited music they play. The volume from the mini overhead speakers can be to overwhelming for customers who are there to talk and surf. One almost needs noise canceling headphones. That's ridiculous for this atmosphere ~ adding a few new photographs 2day - 7/3/18 - Happy Birthday America!...

AMBIANCE- It's so pretty and spacious inside!! I couldn't help but to take a picture of my friend while being inside because it just looked so aesthetic!😆 not the mention, the outdoor area in the front is just as beautifully decorated and perfecttt for a warm day i will also note that they do have bathrooms here 👌🏻

FOOD- i loveeee their sandwiches🥲 they keep it simple with ingredients but they are filling and delicious~ and i do also majorly enjoy their sweets😢 anything on their shelves i can confidently say will taste delicious!! Especially when they are kind enough to heat it up for you so it feels like it was JUST made chef kiss

SERVICE- The staff was very kind and humorous and made it very easy to order~ they helped me out with my specific dietary needs and offered me certain tweaks to the menu options which was very generous! The food also did take a while for me (maybe around 10+ minutes) since the drive thru was pretty full and they were packed...

Half a step away from a truck stop Starbucks.. They have trash in the shrubs on patio, door hanging off the Hinges and more worried about giving out free tea than serving drinks to gold card paying customers. I waited almost 10 minutes while everybody behind me got their free tea samples, 5 frappuccinos and one white coffee and I was getting my reward Carmel macciatto that was coffee flavored water with no Carmel. I could have gotten a better drink from one of those gas station cappuccino powder machines and waited less time. Outside there are covers, napkins, straws, and food trash all over the ground but no one policing cleanliness instead inside joking around and tripping over each other. Manager was the biggest culprit in the Keystone mayhem. If you're In a hurry, or want to support a Location go elsewhere and let the tourists get dysentery...
