Unacceptable Service and Handling of Contaminated Drink
I had a very disappointing experience at the bar inside FountainBleau Las Vegas. I ordered a $48 glass of whiskey ( neat) around 4AM using Apple Pay. When the drink arrived, I didn't notice that there were two insects in the glass, cause me and my friends were talking. After about 15 mins I found out the existence of the insects. I didn’t really drink a lot that whiskey it is almost untouched. And I brought it to the attention of the bartender, since my server had already gone off shift. Instead of addressing the issue, the bartender told me to go find my server — who was clearly no longer available. When I asked to speak with a manager and explained the situation, the manager refused to even look at my Apple Pay receipt, claiming that without a "check number" they could not remake such an expensive drink. He then took the contaminated drink away without offering any replacement or apology.
This response is completely unacceptable. I was not asking for a free drink — I was asking for a clean replacement of a drink I had already paid for, which had visible contamination. Refusing to address a food safety issue simply because the server was off duty is not only poor service, it’s irresponsible.
I expected far better service and accountability from an establishment of this caliber. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend the...

The atmosphere is stylish but approachable, with a steady rhythm of music, soft lighting, and an inviting bar that draws people in. It is the kind of place where a great cocktail can easily become a lasting memory, especially if you are lucky enough to be served by Kyle.
Kyle is the kind of bartender who intuitively knows how to make your night better. Whether you are in the mood for something classic or something you did not even know you were craving, he will ask the right questions and somehow get it exactly right.
He has a calm, confident presence that makes the bar feel more like a conversation than a transaction. His ability to read the room and his guests is impressive. You do not feel rushed. You feel taken care of.
I had a mojito he made. Simple, classic, but honestly one of the best drinks I had the entire trip. Perfectly balanced, crisp, and refreshing in a way that made it unforgettable.
The drinks are always beautifully made, but it is Kyle’s instinct and attention that elevate the whole experience. He is talented, thoughtful, and genuinely tuned in to the people in front of him. It is rare to find someone who makes service feel this personal and effortless.
I highly recommend this bar, not just for the drinks, but for the experience...

Sitting pretty in the center of the gambling floor is the jaw-dropping Bleau Bar. Imagine The Cosmopolitan's Chandelier Bar but more Art Nouveau. High ceilings, lux decor, and a low cocktail table that you'll surely knee and get a bruise from. It's a good place for a drink or two.
Pancakes & Dopamine ($21 - Bacardi 4-year rum, banana, lime, dark sugar, and cinnamon): The name of this cocktail lured me in. Ordered, consumed, and enjoyed. It's a great cocktail. Our waitress generously brought us some snacks of fried okra and cashews. Much appreciated and definitely noted!
It's a great place. If you're staying at this $3B hotel, Fountainebleu, and you enjoy a nice drink, stop by Bleau Bar. You...
