Chyna Club, Where Culinary Art Meets Exquisite Service
From the moment we crossed the threshold of the Chyna Club in Las Vegas, we knew we were in for an extraordinary dining experience. The atmosphere exuded sophistication, blending seamlessly with a warm welcome that set the tone for the evening ahead.
Leading the charge was Kellen, the Maître D’, whose professionalism and genuine care elevated our evening from the start. Her attention to detail ensured that every guest felt like a VIP, orchestrating the dining room with finesse and ensuring a seamless experience for all. She embodies the epitome of hospitality – professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail.
Grace, the Hostess, was an absolute delight. Her assistance was unparalleled, ensuring we were well-informed about the menu and comfortably settled in for the evening. Her infectious smile only added to the restaurant’s already charming ambiance.
Our dining journey was expertly guided by Cat, our attentive server, whose impeccable service enhanced every aspect of our experience. Anticipating our needs before we even voiced them, Cat's recommendations were spot-on, and her enthusiasm for the cuisine was contagious, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to each dish.
And speaking of dishes, the culinary offerings at Chyna Club were nothing short of perfection. Each plate that graced our table was a masterpiece, meticulously prepared and bursting with flavor. From the first bite to the last, it was evident that the chef's mastery was at work, making it one of the most memorable meals we've ever had.
The ambiance of the restaurant only served to enhance our dining experience. Soft lighting, elegant décor, and just the right amount of background music created an enchanting atmosphere that allowed for conversation without the need to raise our voices—an oasis of calm and sophistication in the heart of Las Vegas.
In summary, the Chyna Club is a culinary haven where passion and perfection collide. From the moment you step inside, you're transported to a world of taste, service, and ambiance that captivates the senses and leaves a lasting impression. Bravo, Chyna Club! You've not only won our hearts but our taste buds as well. We eagerly anticipate our next visit to this...
Read moreI don’t really write any reviews anymore but was a bit upset and very disappointed with the food and the service here. Decided to try Chyna club while we were staying at Fontainebleau. We ordered two of the chef signature menus, the geoduck and a number of drinks. Although the beginning of the service was really wonderful and our server was very kind and thoughtful and the food was decent and timely, it really started falling apart after we got our soup.
I think we waited almost 40 mins before someone noticed that we still didn’t get our food yet. We waited like 15 mins longer and after we finished 3/4 of the main course I discovered a piece of plastic in my teeth. I told the server who said they would talk to the manager and then talked to another server to talk to the manager after a long while after and waited until we felt like it was an eternity when the manager came and introduced herself to us and told us that it was a piece of shell. But shells don’t have tension marks when bitten (if shrimp) nor are they super flexible (if other seafood). Whatever. We then were waiting again for the dessert but at that point we were pretty annoyed/ unhappy / felt disregarded and asked to just leave without it.
Our server told us that the manager took some items off our bill but apparently the $25 off of the $175 very underwhelming and EXTREMELY LONG pre fix menu seemed fitting. Especially when we didn’t even eat the dessert and the rest of the entree lol what a joke.
Our total dinner time was 2 hours and 20 mins and I feel like we could’ve finished an hour sooner if everything came out on time. And honestly the plastic thing would’ve been just an “FYI” but all the waiting and overall dismissive attitude from the manager left a bad taste in our mouths.
Food is not worth $175/person lol very very mid. (Total bill was $560) Worst food in Vegas by far. We spent less at Don’s prime yesterday for a more satisfying and memorable dinner, go there instead!! Ambiance is...
Read moreI was blown away by Chyna Club, which I visited with a friend last week while in Vegas. Located in the newer Fontainebleau, the restaurant is gorgeous and creative, with a great vibe. They have a library room which was cozy and comfortable (and we had a perfect L-shaped corner booth), other great dining spaces, a beautiful and popular bar area, and two well-planned private rooms - the Hong Kong, and the French. Both decorated appropriately with extra space for mingling before, during or after a delicious meal. The food was exceptional. We tried many different dishes and each one was spectacular. Since there were only 2 of us, we did not pre-order their specialty Peking Duck, but we saw it (and drooled), and others commented it's the best they have ever had. They had a large selection of live seafood/shellfish (crab, lobster, prawns) prepared in a variety of options. We were blown away by the crab wonton, scallop/shrimp shumai (so elevated in flavor) and the Sichuan Chili Fried Chicken, which paired beautifully with the bottle of Champagne we enjoyed (great wine list). The welcome was extremely warm and welcoming and we were promptly seated, in spite of how crowded the restaurant was. All of the staff were attentive, warm, professional and knowledgeable. Our server Dale was a real delight. She had great recommendations and she was kind enough to show us the private rooms which I'd love to book for a private event. Wine/management staff Mark, and Kyle Asato were extremely efficient and professional - and they also warmly welcomed us and capably handled all wine responsibilities and much more throughout the evening. The staff regularly checks in, but not in an annoying way. It was just the right amount! This is a MUST DINE location. I know I'll be going back on my next Vegas trip. I'm still craving some of the flavors of their dishes. Everything was elevated and...
