My wife, babie, and I walked to Carl Jrs on Las Vegas Blvd and st.luis and the lady is texting or doing something with her phone and goes sorry the computers are down. I said " well all I want is the 2 for 6 chicken sandwiches can't you still make it" she said " no I can't open the register" I told her " that's ok can't you just write it down I'll pay you extra and you keep what's left as a tip for helping us". She said no she can't do it. So we just left. You can tell she just didn't want to help us and she just wanted to take advantage of the situation to get paid to be on her cell. Well we go home and instead of walking back this time we waited a couple hours and called and asked if the computers were back and running again she said yes 😤. We walked all the way back just to see that shifts just changed and the woman who name is Sheree tells us that the computers are down.we go what we called before walking here again and she said they were we told her everything that happened and she was cool she took our order apologized for the mess and let me pay her extra for the meal with a tip for her. She needs a promotion or a raise. She did her job perfectly even up and beyond what she needed to. So I give 1 star to the first woman and the store for not having a way to take care of the situation but i give 5 Stars to Sheree....

We waited to order for like 10 minutes but to be fair there were 3 guys before us. When we ordered chicken club sandwich we asked if there is anything from pork that usually comes in sandwiches that they should take it out because we don’t eat pork. After 30 minutes of waiting we got our sandwiches. We wanted to eat in car and luckily we didn’t leave. When we opened then there was pork strips inside. We went inside to return items and because somehow they went from 3 employees to 2 we waited another 10 minutes. When we asked for refund he said he cant give it to us because he doesn’t know how to give it. He had to call manager so he or she could help him with that. After another 30 min we got our money back and we were on our way.
In my opinion this is not their fault but managements brcause they should be sute to train their staff and make sure that there is enough people to work. One person in kitchen and one person taking orders for inside and drive thru is not enough. Dude who worked there was polite but not trained and experienced, i hope he gets training and colleagues that...
Read moreI have gone to this place of business at least 2 times a week. But not anymore. Last night service was a nightmare. I went through the drive thru the young lady is giggling as she is taking my order. I moved to the window were they asked me to park in front to help her drive thru time. So I did so at that point 3 other cars are also parked. Another tem member comes out and looks for a vehicle doesn't see it and walks back inside. 30 Mims later I walked in and asked for my food well the young lady who walked out 30 minutes earlier hands me a bag of cold food and said sorry I thought you had a white car. You have 4 cars parked And you didn't ask what did we order you didn't verify who's food you had in your hands instead you walked inside and placed it in an area for it to get cold and expect me to eat it and enjoy it. The manager was walking up-and-down doing nothing you have the cooks working hard and you have 2 girls goofing off in front this is not how a business should be ran. I called 4 times get my money back and I have not received a response from anyone...
