This a very sad and depressed visit to Ihop on Vegas Blvd across Stratosphere or Strat Hotel. When we got the the place the hostess explain that the waiting time over 45 minutes and suggested thatnif wanted to seat in the bar we could do it, so we did. Waiting for a waitress to show around us, it was another lady who was also waiting to be served. after 15 minutes the waitress arrived and at the same time another couple was asking the lady in front of us that if she was so kind to move one seat because they wanted to sit together, as this was happening the waitress for no specific reason started yelling as angry as he could at this couple, which in my presence were not doing anything wrong, he was so disrespectful and abusive that the mood got horrible, he told the couple " You can't do that in my place and you won't do whatever you want here" the couple just kept quite and there was no response from them. He took the order for all of us but the treatment he was giving to this people was unacceptable. However a little later another couple sat and believe me we was so courteous and very diligent with them. We did not enjoy our meal at all. As i asked for the check, I was thinking that if I let this happen and don't say anything I would be entitling this horrible behavior against people of color. So i did, "Jonathan can i tell you something? Waitress said "Yes"... " Did you realized how horrible did you treated these couple?" He First denied it "You can not go around treating people like that, it is uneducated, disrespectful and humiliating, I believe you should apologize" Then he did, he did apologize to these people. It was great to see that happen, The only reason of this review is to encourage people not to stay quiet and defend the rights of other fellows. I hope Mr Waitress would not do this behavior again. Psss... i still left him a tip. please...

Ana! Ana! Ana! The Best Server we have had in a while! She is very friendly, very efficient, informative and very fast! Our food was out to us so fast, hot, delicious & plenty of it for the senior menu breakfast we had. 11 a.m. on a Saturday, busy holiday season, the place was packed, yet every employee was kind to eachother, helpful, courteous, as they all sped around helping guests, And 3 different times singing Happy Birthday to 3 different people, with enthusiasm and vigor I haven't seen in a long time at any restaurant or even family gathering...lol...everyone was very busy, and very happy 😊, which made our experience in IHOP even better! And on top of that, we got free refills on our milks, as sometimes you just need a little more to wash it all down. We both had the breakfast sampler, which we were able to substitute turkey bacon & turkey sausage, both excellent, no extra charge, plus ham, plus egg or egg white sub, plus a fluffy pancake. Unbelievably good food for a very fair price, but more than anything else, the friendly & swift service we received from Ana, is unparalleled to any I've ever encountered!
