We came on a Saturday night to see Autograf and was able to get on the guest list. The line was fairly short and moved quickly compared to other places on the same street. Discopussy has a HUGE bar somewhat in the middle of the venue that took up most of the floor plan. I like the bar's design--it's easy to grab a drink without long lines, and it's a perfect spot to relax and chat before heading to the dance floor. However, the bar could be a bit smaller to create more space for dancing, as the dance floor feels cramped when the venue gets crowded. In regards to the drinks, we got an AMF and Long Island ($36.41with tax) which didn't tasted anything like they were supposed to and reminded us more of an overly sweetened non-alcoholic soda. It felt like a rip-off. If you plan to visit, I'd recommend saving your money and pre-gaming before you arrive. A unique feature of the DJ setup was that the 'stage' was on the ground floor with the crowd, making it feel up close & personal. giving the performance an up-close and personal vibe. Autograf played afro house music, which was chill, positive, and really reflected in the crowd's energy. However, the music was unbearably loud. When Autograf started performing around 11:50 PM, they cranked the volume even higher, making it deafening. We could physically feel the sound waves vibrating through our bodies the entire time. Our eardrums were hurting, especially when we were on the dance floor or passing by the speakers on the way to the restroom. It definitely took away from the experience.

I'll start by saying I'm only giving two stars because of our waitress. She was very friendly and great at her job. I understand with the pandemic we all are trying to make ends meet but they are running thier business the wrong way. Online a reservation is free, you can reserve for 4 or 6 persons, and it says you need to order food and a beverage, not an issue. When you get there at the door is when they tell you there is a minimum of $120 per table, no dancing, no standing up and no parties bigger than 6, UNLESS, you order bottle service, then you can have more. We went inside anyway.. When we went to order food because it was "techno taco Tuesday " all they offer is chips and hummus.. and you would think thats complimentary, no! Its $10 for a condiment sized cup of hummis and 15 chips. The music was pretty good but again dancing is not allowed. When we got tired of sitting we asked for our bill. Thats when they hit you with more surprises. They bring you the bill and Not only is there a 5% service charge but after they showed us the first bill they come back and they also added "auto gratuity " without telling you. We left very disappointed and will not go back..

Pros: Friendly staff, efficient entry, excellent sound system. The music was great and possible to have a conversation while still feeling the bass. Professionally tuned and incorporated into the space. Cons: Water was between $8 and $11. Alcohol should be expensive; venues need to make a profit wherever possible. But after considering bottle service, cocktails, beers, merch, VIP passes, and booth rentals, it just seems predatory to charge so much for something so basic. Don't believe the standard reply of "this is Vegas, the price is typical." Even if true, it displays a certain animosity towards the guest. Drop it down to under $10 and I'll change this review the next day. It was the only flaw to an otherwise perfect evening!

Apparently, daylight to lie and say that their security doesn’t have wrongful protocol as well as their staff do not tackle people outside of the establishment and want to reply in regards to a thorough investigation stating that it never happened so that their company can look good but the security is absolute trash ownership is garbage Meanwhile, the entertainment service of it all is great, but when you get kicked out for no apparent reason and they won’t give you a reason and when they keep telling you, you’re drunk, go home and you’re again being very polite and asking kindly what was the reason why we got removed to find out later my cousin wears wearing open toe shoes, which they could’ve easily stated, but now we’re gonna Why which the owner clearly lied on their own Google page stating that I never got jumped by security when all I was asking was why I was removed, and my cousin was removed from the establishment when we clearly did nothing wrong and all we were doing was leaving the establishment so it did happen. Don’t tell me it didn’t happen when it did happen, and you guys should honestly be ashamed of your establishment and the poor management that clearly goes with it. I don’t know what the manager‘s name. She was a black female and the security officer who was a major douche bag was a older white male with curly hair long and he stood about 5758. I should know this because he was the management of the security team and he was a total douche so again if it never happened, how am I able to describe that much and not even to mention, I paid for the venue that night and still got kicked out because They clearly didn’t give me a chance to show my ticket that I purchased, but did nothing wrong entirely, but it’s gonna be accused of lying. Are you serious?????????? So just know your guys are going to get so many negative reviews...

We won’t be back. We pre-paid for everything in advanced; 2 tables of 6 and the staff wanted to charge us an extra $150, not sure what for. We had to show them my booking receipt and correspondence. Luckily we had been sent a drink menu in advanced with their pricing for their NYE venue to show their staff, that tired to over charge us, they claimed prices went up per bottle, must have raise their prices the day of to try to gouge the consumer & take advantage. Then they came back stating that the extra $150 was for tip, again I had to show it was already added on and pre-paid ahead of time. We felt taken advantage of. My husband spent half the night disputing it with staff & management. They also only wanted to give us 1 bottle of champagne, instead of 2. We had 2 tables, and should be one for each table as listed on the website. 1 would have not served all 12 of my guests. We were afraid to order anything else from them. We had never experienced this before. This was our third time back and always had a good time. Looks like they are under new management. We paid in full good money in advanced $1,024.84 and were disappointed. I feel that their services have gone down hill. I wonder who else they tried to take advantage of. Sorry for the bad review. I just can’t see myself giving them a good one. 👎 👎...
