All you can eat sushi? Yes please! Except keep in mind there is a 90 min time limit. The idea/conception is perfect. We have a sushi place like this in Chicago, we know the drill. You have to pay them if you don’t eat it all. Kinda silly but cuts down on waste I would imagine. The rolls were good. Here is my issue, however. The first item I ordered was shrimp tempura and it arrived to our table in one minute, my husbands order too. The tempura was cold as stone. So how long did it sit there for? Perhaps I’m a sushi snob, but freshness of these ingredients is of utmost importance as you are consuming raw fish in most. And the rolls are just sitting out at room temp for an unknown period, especially when it’s slow as it was when we came. When we ordered our next round of rolls again, same thing, it was delivered in a minute. Which doesn’t sound like a bad thing but please revert to above paragraph. Sushi is not something that you should be pre-making. When my husband ordered the Vegas Roll, it took about 15 minutes to get that one, probably bc they did have to make it from scratch. The waiter/waitress were great, attentive, but almost too much. Every couple minutes they’d come by, “do you want more? More? More?” Like, give me a few minutes here please, sir! When we were finished, I looked at the clock and we were in and out, consumed 6 rolls, in 40 minutes. I felt like total crap the rest of the night bc I ate wayyyy too fast. Way too fast. Our place in Chicago is nothing like this. Everything is made on command, not sitting out awaiting a customer. So, it’s a no from me dawg, I would rather go to an upscale sushi restaurant, pay twice as much, not be rushed and have our meals prepared fresh as they...

My hubby and I dined in at Sushi Ichiban Tuesday night to bring in his birthday. We're sushi lovers and this location offers hot food as well. We made a reservation a few hours before and were able to be seated immediately upon arriving. Our server, Nate was friendly, funny and spot on with all menu recommendations.

Although they offer "All You Can Eat", all food is made fresh as you order. You also have the option to order items a la carte, if you wish to try specific things. Please note that there is a 90 minute limit and that you can be charged a fee for wasting food or sharing food with others at the table that ordered a la carte. If you're going to spend more than $25 on individual items, then it is best to choose the AYCE option. There are a few items that you can only order once, but the AYCE options are abundant, even for those that do not like sushi.

My faves were the Korean fried chicken (KFC), jalapeño poppers, teriyaki chicken & The Who's Yours daddy roll. My hubby loved the shrimp and calamari tempura and the pork belly. The flavors are amazing. The Miso soup worked great as a pallet cleanser between different dishes and it was not too salty (like I've noticed at several other restaurants). Hubby and I enjoyed it and will miss these delicious flavors. You should definitely check out this gem if you're in the downtown...

If you're in downtown near the Fremont Experience and craving sushi, this all-you-can-eat spot is a must-visit. The hardest part about dining here? Snapping photos of the food before it disappears—my group couldn’t resist digging in!

The flavors far exceeded my expectations for an all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant. Every roll and dish was well-prepared and delicious. Prices are fair, and the speedy service from both the staff and kitchen ensures you get the most out of the 90-minute time limit—which is more than enough to satisfy even the biggest appetite.

Some higher-priced items are limited to one order per person, but it’s understandable and still generous to have them included on the menu. This place is perfect for groups; sharing rolls let us try things we might not have ordered otherwise.

This was my second visit, and I was just as impressed as the first. I finally managed to capture some photos this time (before they vanished off the table). Whether it’s your first or fifth visit, you’ll enjoy a consistent experience thanks to the attentive staff.

If you’ve got $40 and a big appetite, don’t hesitate to check this place out. It’s a fun, flavorful experience that’s perfect for...

Well… i knew that for 35$ all you can eat sushi - you werent getting a top sushi experience and in this place’s defense - so far i havent had any food poisoning symptoms.. Anyways, small, almost hole in a wall, right off far end of fremont district..few tables or sit by the bar which is what i did…loved having a waiter constantly stand over my shoulder as he was watching tv… You have option or a la carte or all you can eat… menu is two sides for either… some specialty rolls, some traditional appetizers, even few options of sushi. Funky names of the rolls basically represent - tons of mayo or spicy sauces - same goes for sushi. My salmon sushi came drenched in mayo which is likely how they mask that perhaps it’s not the freshest… You order what u want and wait… you can order as many times as you want. I ordered a few different rolls and sushi and i must say that octopus was like a rubber and wasnt eatable… out of all rolls i only liked one - something with “scream orgasm” sauce. I skipped on deserts and just paid left. Again - get what you pay for… so if you want to stuff yourself for 35$ with rice in mayo and cheap fish - this is it… if you want sushi that tastes like one - skip
