Professional Review This establishment offers a pleasant dining experience with enjoyable food and drinks. However, there are some areas that could be improved to enhance consistency and service. The primary issue is a lack of clarity and consistency in both the ordering process and the final dishes. On two separate visits, the same food item appeared different, which made it difficult to predict the outcome of an order. Furthermore, the description of one dish, the avocado omelette, was not consistent with what was served. The menu mentioned it came with fruit, but it was served with chips instead. These inconsistencies, along with an overcooked dish for my dining partner, suggest that a greater focus on quality control and staff training regarding menu items could significantly improve the overall guest experience. The restaurant's atmosphere is generally acceptable, though there's a notable difference between the indoor and patio seating areas. While the patio is a quieter space, it lacks proper cooling, making it uncomfortable during warmer weather. Adding fans or misters to the patio would be a welcome improvement for guests who prefer to dine outdoors. Despite these issues, the restaurant has a nice ambiance, and with some operational adjustments, it has the potential to become a truly exceptional establishment. I hope that management will consider these points to create a more consistent and professional...

We are meeting up with the local Las Vegas Home School Group (LVHSG on Facebook). This group for teens, 13yr+ only, meets up once a month for a couple hours of social time, different place every month. This month was at Iwana (cute name), and if it's for coffe, I sure do! The layout of this cute shop invites social media fun with a variety of backgrounds! It's nicely spread out with tables and chairs, a soft couch area, benches with gathering areas all around. It has a variety of coffees, smoothies and other drinks, plus a nice selection of wholesome breakfast and lunch items. We came a bit early. We were starving after a doctor appointment, a little early lunch sounded good! It's cute, very clean, nice medium size coffee spot. We ordered the acai bowl, tuna salad, a smoothie and a plain cold milk. It's a little off the beaten path, but in just the 45 minutes we were here, about two dozen different people - walkers, business lunches, students, tourist and locals - wandered in and out for food and more. And for today, about two dozen more with teens to swarm, in...
Read moreHidden surcharge of 3% fees on every transaction. Merchants typically pay for these fees but now they're passing it over onto the customers. This is illegal as there is a federal law across 50 states, which states you CANNOT have customer pay surcharge fee for debit cards. Please see receipt.
If they want to avoid a lawsuit, it is advisable that the owner revise this payment method as the practice is not only illegal but subject to a lawsuit.
On a separate note, I've visited this establishment several times and they've increased their prices. Every time the girls behind the counter act as if they're doing you a favor. They're incredibly rude and aggressive.
I always make it a note to tip, even though the service does not warrant it but the rude service continues. There is one woman in particular who looks like a child or may have downs syndrome, not sure. She comes across very insecure and offsets her behavior with hostility towards customers.
No more chances, enough of the poor service and over $7 for watered down coffee.
If you want good coffee, try Coffee Religion on Charleston or Blue Bottle in Southwest. This place is highly disappointing and the quality has...
