This place was recommended to me by a local and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere was friendly and chill. I love that they have outdoor seating and roll up garage doors for an open, airy vibe. Everything was clean and spacious and feels well thought out. There’s a combination of “family style”tables and smaller tables. There are TVs but they weren’t overly loud and obnoxious and didn’t interfere with the nice ambience.
Now for the beer: I go to local breweries all the time when I travel and I grew up in California where microbrews were a thing before microbrews were a thing. This brewery is top-notch. I was amazed by the selection of beers that are all brewed in house. I love IPAs and there were so many different ones to choose from! I got a flight and chose my own, and I absolutely loved their most popular IPA but also their pale ale. I tried some of their stouts which actually were almost like a desert beer if that’s a thing… I think there were 27 beers on tap? I don’t know, there were a lot! The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable and were happy to give recommendations. You walk up to the bar and you order your beers. You walk over to another counter and order your food. Our table ordered a giant burger, some tikka masala tacos, a really nice looking Cobb salad and a vegetarian cauliflower Bahn mi. Wow! Everyone loved their food and it was so fresh and not overly greasy. The fries were super crispy and delicious also.
I have zero bad things to say about this place. Go. (it’s also in a cool part of downtown)
Ps- thanks to master brewer Matt for his beer...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of visiting Able Baker and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home.

Read moreAble Baker is a nod to the first atomic bomb test, which sounds scary… but let me tell you, the only explosions here are happening in your mouth (in a good way). They’ve got beers with names like “Atomic Duck,” and after two pints of that bad boy, you’ll be waddling like a duck straight into someone’s deep IPA-fueled philosophical convo about UFOs and who really built the Hoover Dam. The inside? Industrial-cool meets nuclear lab. Exposed brick, glowing duck signs, and enough brew tanks to make you feel like you accidentally enrolled in a chemistry class—but this time, you’re actually excited to learn. Bonus points for their rubber ducky merch. Yes, I bought one and no I don’t regret it. And the beer list? It’s longer than your ex’s apology text. From stouts to sours to hazy IPAs that make you forget how hazy Vegas already is, there’s something for every tastebud and tolerance level. Get a flight if you’re commitment-phobic—because choosing one is like picking your favorite taco. Which speaking of tacos, they have food vendors on-site, and they change it up regularly. One day it’s gourmet hot dogs, the next it’s bao buns, and every day it’s a great idea after three beers. Overall, Able Baker Brewing is the kind of place you go for a drink and stay for three hours. Come for the duck, stay for the buzz, and leave wondering how a brewery made you feel smarter, cooler, and slightly more...
