Horrible costumer service I arrived at 2:54am started ordering at 2:56 am for them to tell me only breakfast was available I had went to the McDonald's by Mandalay and it was closed it said 24hr at 2:30 am and I decided to leave and look else where before 3:00 am finally arrive at this store at 2:54 am the employees seemed aggravated that I was ordering and then told me breakfast start at three that he wasn't allowed to serve me dinner even tho I was ready to order at 2:57 and the menu was still showing dinner he told me he wasn't able to do my 2 hot n spicys mind you he told me breakfast starts at 300 am why is he serving it before 3:00 am I rushed to the McDonald's by the stratosphere for him to tell me they closed lunch time early if you guys have any recordings of your employees I'd recommend you guys check them I am definitely coping this entire message and I'm am sending it to corporate I'm tired of McDonald's employees always treating me wrong even by the nellis airforce base the McDonald's are always closed and they all say 24hr with the light all off but the neon sing that say 24 hr is lit I'm sick and tired of how unprofessional this company has gotten this is the most disrespect iv felt in all the time Iv eating fast food...... all the McDonald's on the strip / las vegas blvd have Horrible costumer service and they don't update there availability on hrs or there employees just don't care at all I'm soo disgusted after I told the employees it isn't even 3 o'clock the manager jumped on the mic and repeated his words because I told him it wasn't even 3:00 am yet to reassure me that they're only serving breakfast in the rudest way ever I'm never going to McDonald's especially this location or anywhere near the strip again and I'm definitely spreading this awareness all over my Platforms with the pictures I took I'll be posting them...

Ask the clerk for a special offers that rotate on the TV screens, The clerk reply back stating he cannot sale me that offer on that restaurant to what brought us to a friendly conversation where I ask him that if they are not going to sale an offer, why they advertising it.
I ask him why they advertise something they are not going to honor and he just reply back with an apology
Ask to talked to the manager. The clerk went to look for the manager and presumably explain the situation. The manager approach to me and expressed to me that they cannot offer me that meal. I ask him that the add on the screen did not state anything related to participating stores or that the current restaurant don't participate on the offer ect. To what he react by walking back to the kitchen area an on his way, talked to the clerk and after about 40 sec, the manager turn the TV off and approach to me stating there was no more sing. He ask me to moved ending calling security while the customer behind me want the same thing, the Security from Stratus moved me a side while my witness were leaving. manager never came back trying to solve the problem or the misunderstanding.
As a Manager I'm sure he could honored the meal that was advertise and then proceed to turn OFF the TV.
The fact that he talked to the clerk and presumably told him not to say anything to me until he turns the TV OFF is not a professional practice at all.

Read moreTHE WORST EXPERIENCE. DO NOT GO THERE. There's another McDonald's nearby on E Sahara, which is only 4-5 minutes walk, just go there instead. I ordered two breakfast meals. They did not have hash browns, hence the cashier replaced them with two medium fries. They did not have any cappuccino nor coffee, we asked to replace them with iced tea then, for which he even charged us extra. Store MANAGER/shift supervisor prepared the order and served with two SMALL fries. When I told him we ordered medium fries. He said hash browns can only be ordered with small fries. To what I responded we ORDERED two medium fries though. He then gave sh*t to the cashier, took the two small fries and brought back only ONE medium fries. I asked him then where is the second one, he said I can only give you one. I have NEVER had such a POOR customer service at any McDonald's before, especially coming from a manager/supervisor, not sure how even became a manager/supervisor to start with who has 0 knowledge of customer service.
