Nunzio's Pizza — Restaurant in Las Vegas

The pizza is awesome and most of the staff are excellent which is why I'm disappointed to write a review about an uncomfortable experience that I had yesterday. I ordered one slice of pizza at the closing of business and placed it on the table because I was going to find out if they had any parmesan cheese packets left. They didn't so I went back to get my slice of pizza that I had left on the table but I couldn't find it. At first they were just about close without giving me a refund until another employee mentioned that it might've been thrown away. We checked the trash and found my pizza slice still in the to go box.

The employees apologized and I waited patiently for the manager to arrive. He arrived and I started explaining what had happened. My mask which I was wearing got a little loose and slipped so I started fixing it while I was talking and he just cut me off saying I need to put the mask on immediately. He did this twice while I was clearly fixing it. I wasn't sure if he was even listening to me because he seemed more intent on intimidating me. Eventually, one of the original employees came out, he pulled down his mask to mention that it had been thrown out by accident and the put his mask back up and the manager never spoke to him the way he spoke to me.

Luckily, the manager agreed to give me a refund for the pizza slice that had been thrown out, but the way he treated me was absolutely unacceptable. The food here is fantastic but the manager needs to work on how he treats people. His employees near him seemed very nervous around him too and I...

0i go ti this place once a week unfortunately the past 3 weeks all 3 times well before closing 35-45 min i have been refused service regardless of what i ordered i simply all three times have been told sorry we are closed. Really disappointing that with 45 min before close i ask uf i could order a sandwich and again was told No. Not to say that i wae not offered the two slices that he had left.. I told him i wanted to try a sandwich where i was once again told there were twi slices left other wise they were closed. Again this was at 10:17 pm and very disappointing when 3 weeks in a row i drive to the establishment to a place i like and told that they were closed as i watch them stand around and kill time.. Assuming just waiting to close and obviously wanted to make sure it was right on time. So turn your paying customers away while disappointing them and to lose business not just now but...

Visited Nunzios on Friday the 10th at around 11am, I was greeted by a young lady told her I did not eat meat what would she recommend she said she loved the veggie pizza and pointed to it being displayed in the window the pizza looked great and fresh, I ordered the whole 20inches she was nice enough to offer me the pizza from the window seeing as they just opened and I wouldn't have to wait the 20 minutes it took to make me another. She brought the pizza to my table she was friendly and made me laugh which was very nice! I also got a chance to meet the gentleman that makes the pizza he was pretty cool...all and all I had a very good experience the food and service was great and I would definitely return when I come back to...
