I rarely share reviews but I felt the need in this case because one person here was awesome and everything else was a disaster.
First, we made reservations and showed up on time. We were seated without any additional information. We waited 15 minutes then flagged down the busser and asked for him to find our waiter. 10 minutes later he came back with water but had not figured out who our waiter was yet.
After 30 minutes my husband went to the bar and asked to order there since we had yet to see a waiter and the bar was handling carry out orders. One bartender said no, the other stepped up and became the hero of the evening. He took our drink and food order, came out and served us, got us more drinks and was nothing but kind and helpful. The other bartender did come check on us a few times after his coworker set the precedent.
The food was reasonable and reasonably priced, and did not take too long after we ordered. Not amazing, but about what we expected. At some point we flagged down the busser again to try to find our waiter. He muttered something and wandered off. A bit later a waitress appeared and we let her know what was going on and that we ordered food through the bar. She seemed confused, asked if we had seated ourselves (versus being seated by a hostess)and wandered off. We never saw her, or any other waiter again, despite the fact that multiple wandered by during the evening to help other tables.
Point is, Ariam the bartender is awesome. If the manager is reading this, he deserves a raise. If you work at another bar and want a good employee, offer him a job. If you are a possible customer, don't go unless you have lots of time or can sit at the bar. We watched all the other tables and the service was slow for everyone, even those that...

Re: PT's Wings and Sports. My mother and I arrived at this restaurant on 1/28/24 at about 5:25pm. Seated immediately. A waiter (never got his name) took out drink order (1 coffee, 1 wine). Brought our drinks and took our food order about 5:35 pm. By 6pm, I told Maria T that our weighter disappeared and could she refill my coffee. By 6:30 pm, we asked Maria T where our food was, it had been an hour and everyone around, who showed up way after us was already eating. She asked if our order had been taken yet. We said yes. She said our waiter had left on an emergency and he had told he our table had been taken care of....come to find out that he never submitted our order. I said the meal should be comped. She said the manager would comp the glass of wine and she resubmitted the order. By 6:52 I asked for the manager to come talk to me. I was shaking because I was so hungry and missed my reservation at Meow Wolf because we were so late to eat. I am visiting from Washington State and lost a whole evening due to this error. I asked the manager to comp our meal. The manager, April, was very rude. She never once expressed care and never apologized. She treated us like WE were the wrong ones. She went ahead and comped our meal but turned around and charged for the wine which was two glasses for $36. She added insult to injury. We are staying at the Strat for a few more nights and are eating out every meal. We would prefer to stay here to eat but are so insulted by Aprils lack of care. The only thing that kept us from getting super upset was Maria T.s care and apology. She was so kind about it. Maria T would be better at management than April. April should be cleaning the toilets and not working...
Read moreRebranded from BLVD & Main, 40 years serving Las Vegas making PT’s one of Las Vegas’ most recognizable brands, it was to end 2022 that seven guests sat down to watch Georgia versus The Ohio State Buckeyes with Food and Beverage from Chef Luis.
Built as a Beer Hall and Sports Bar, at least 200 seats directly adjacent The STRAT Sportsbook providing built-in foot traffic, it was upon entry that smiling hostess’ led guests to seats, servers efficient and pleasant but clearly understaffed for a busy NYE.
Showing a multitude of match-ups across several big screens, the image quality suggesting no expense spared, it was after brief perusal of the menu that orders were placed, Short Rib Cheese Fries predictably decadent while “Buffalo Fins” take PT’s classic Wings in a new direction by wrapping Bacon ‘round Crustaceans.
Next ordering a few pounds of Wings, Buffalo on the Bones and smoky BBQ slicking fried Tenders, PT’s Quesabirria wows thanks to slow-cooked Beef and melty Cheese on a Pita to sop up all the Juices plus Pickled Veggies on the side.
Not forgetting Pizza PT’s Crust sets a high standard for such a venue thanks to crispy pliability, the blend of Chicken, Bacon and Ranch predictably good while “Classic Nachos” come piled high with two types of Cheese, Pico, Peppers, Steak and boozy Beans.
Wrapping with two Desserts both items prove far better than the average Bar’s offerings, warm Sticky Toffee Pudding outpacing Dark Chocolate largely due to the Bourbon & Brown Butter Ice Cream.
FOUR STARS: Built as a Beer Hall and Sports Bar, and now acting as such under Golden Entertainment’s most famous brand, PT’s Wings & Sports offers excellent Bar Food at a fair value with plenty of seats...
