BE CAREFUL OF HOW MUCH YOU PAY So my friend and I used to like this place, but turns out that they are extremely dishonest. First of all the prices are subject to random changes, but granted that is written at the bottom of the menu. However, our meal that was 39 dollars on our receipt charged my card 41 dollars. I politely asked the lady why it was so and she said that they charge more for cards. I said that she never told us anything about that and she said its on the menu. I asked for her to point out where that was but she could not, because it is not there. Then she started getting aggressive, yelling at us saying "What do you want from me? I can give you that dollar if that's what you want" I just said no, it would just be better if she warned customers of an upcharge if they pay by card. She then started screaming "How old are you? You're not old enough to tell me what to do!" I simply said that this has nothing to do with age it just feels unfair as a paying customer. To this she said "Well nobody really looks at what they pay you're the first to have noticed anything so it doesn't matter" I just said then that seems a bit dishonest, to what she started yelling again "What do you want from me??". I repeated again just for the future (especially having worked in restaurants) that she should just warn her customers, and she said " well next time YOU come in ill tell you" (with a smirk. I said there wont be a next time, which sent her into another fit of yelling that nobody pays attention anyways to how much they are charged and we cant tell her what to do. we left and yeah not coming here again. Well I walked in was greeted right away by a sweet waitress and I needed a minute to decide what I wanted because I became a regular there and maybe ate once a week .. so I order and the waitress called out the oder I decided to have a seat while waiting for my take aways ... Immediately the lady behind the counter decide to discuss my order and make slight jokes about it but in an aggressive tone ,so I decided to just have open ears .... She became very rude to the waitress going back and forth with my order .. I got the grilled chicken breast but no fries sub for grilled veggies ... Reminder I get this once a week... so the lady continued to mock my order so I stood up and watched her talk bad about me and my order but she didn't realize it was my order...so she said to the waitress we can't do these substitutions because I'm not making money you need to charge him for a platter so we can make more money I stood up and said I order this once a week and she tensed up and started getting very verbally aggressive ... So I said charge me for what you need to and proceed with my other she grabbed the food on counter and took it behind like she was gonna toss it away . And said don't ever come back with this order .....Then I asked what her position was at the restaurant and she said the owner .... I am so disappointed in how you can speak to a regular... Food was OK. We went in for a carry out order and the nice young server brought us the menus. We had a couple of questions and when we started asking the young man, a woman looked out from the kitchen window and interrupted and started talking to him while we were in the middle of a conversation with him. She was loud and rude to him and was yelling at him. We waited till she was done without paying attention to what she was yelling to him about. We then started asking him again about something on the menu before we order, and again she interrupted us and started yelling at him for trying to take our question and order, then from the window she turned to us and said it was OK because he was her son! Then asked us in an angry way what we wanted to order. We were in shock of how mean and rude she was especially towards the helpless server in front of everyone. We gave her our order emphasizing twice that we wanted the falafal without lettuce but of course we found out when we got to the hotel that it still had lettuce. Again the food wasnt bad at all, but the way she was so rude to the poor kid multiple times in front of us and everybody else was completely unprofessional, unethical, and cruel.
