Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lincoln

This goes out to the ignorant blonde male employee with the big nose who was working on Sunday October 20th at 4: 30pm who couldn't use the two brain cells it takes to make a simple frozen coffee with caramel swirl and kept handing me a frozen coffee that had the swirl blended into it. People who want swirl want it around the inside of the cup and on the whipped cream, Not blended into the frozen drink where you can't even see the swirl and every sip tastes like overly sweetened frozen coffee. I tried to explain that swirl literally meant that you swirl it around the cup and he just could not get it. He kept telling me that it would be a different price point. And I explained to him that the caramel was not a flavor shot and should not be blended into the drink It is a swirl hence the word and should be around the cup. He handed me a coffee that looked exactly the same both times, with the caramel blended into the coffee. The point of a swirl is so that you get a sip of the coffee and every now and then you get a sip of the caramel. Not overpowering caramel in every single sip. I tried to explain that he could Google it and he told me he didn't need to because he worked there and I explained that I too have worked for Dunkin' donuts and he had been trained wrong! This dunks location always has amazing coffees and donuts. Most staff I’ve encountered have been super caring and diligent as well. Im leaving 4 stars because of ONE employee who I recently have gone through the drive thru and been met with , older woman , definitely far older than the rest of the staff there. The first time she seemed very grumpy and annoyed (my app didn’t scan the first time she tried) . She was extremely rude and abrasive but I brushed it off. Today however, she handed me my bag with my donut and I guess the straw was also in her hand. It dropped on the ground when I grabbed the bag. She groaned extremely loud and grabbed another straw. She looked and seemed absolutely enraged which was odd for a fallen straw (?). I asked her if she was okay. She angrily replied “No I’m not okay when people drop the straws and litter all over the ground!!” I was shocked and speechless to say the least! I have never had an encounter like this at ANY dunks. Let alone a location that seems to take such pride in how they are...

They only have drive thru option, we ordered 5 drinks and the drive thru operator jumbled up the order. Instead of getting 5 drinks we got 4, when we told them to place a order for the missed drink they said we have to go all the way around thru drive thru and place the order. We humbly requested we where standing in the drive thru for past 15 mins and if there was an error in getting the order just rectify the issue. Instead of being sorry or being polite they told us we are holding the line and place move forward as we wont give u the drink!!

The staff should really have some sense of customer service or atleast some training.

The whole thing could be avoid just by just making 1 drink instead they argue for 5 mins and ask us to leave the property
