Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Logan Township

Horrible service, do not go here. Watched employees touch food with their bare hands. Never want to go there again. Employees were very rude. They fry fish and chicken in the same frier. Very unfriendly for lent people. Contaminating seafood and chicken is a health violation for people with allergies. I have witnessed employees vaping. This Long John Silvers is quite simply one of the best I've ever been too, and the best fast food place on the Boulevard in Altoona. I stopped in tonight as I like to do when I'm in the area and received fast service despite the lines. The food is always hot and fresh. We had the chicken, fish, and shrimp combo with hush puppies and two sides, everything was better than I remembered! Safe covid practices as well.

I have to say this is the Best Long John Silvers.. I will get get take out and drive 45 miles home and the food is not soggy or extra greasy.. I've been to others where you would have to soak the oil out! The prices for the family meals are by far cheaper than KFC which is right down the road! If you like Long John Silvers this one is great! Note..... there's no Long John Silvers near where I live... very close to Breezewood and the one they used to have in Bedford you needed an entire roll of bounty paper towels to soak up the oil and your food...
