Starbucks — Restaurant in Logan

I do love a good cup or joe with an extra shot. This Starbucks is always a nice pitstop if you are on the south end of town and don't want to or can't get out of car. Drive through's are always a plus with kids!! They seem to have it down to a science when getting those long looking lines down to you pulling up to window and grabbing your joe. Very impressive! The only reason I give this place four stars instead of five, is because I do enjoy their coffee, though I normally venture further north into town because my taste buds really feel that extra shot from the walk-in coffee shops. Though, this doesn't stop me from making a quick run through here, now and again, even if the strength of my drink doesn't seem to hit me...

They are out of everything and it's takes 2-3 times to order a coffee, at a coffee store, to get one they have the ingredients for. This morning my daughter's and I ordered 3 of the same thing the same way, right off of their menu, no specialties, to make things easier. The girl asked us to repeat the order no less than 5 times (salted caramel cold brew), then repeated it back as vanilla twice. She corrected it, then when we got to the window, they were out of SALT, and asked if just the vanilla was okay. We nicely reminded them it was caramel, the person said "oh yeah, that's what I meant" and then have us vanilla anyway. They don't seem to care. When you spend $17 on 3 drinks, the least they could do is make...

I took my bike in through the drive thru because I don’t have a car. Staff lectured me for like a minute because they have a policy against bikes in the drive thru. Funny they mention that because I would have been happy to walk into the store IF THEY HAD A BIKE LOCK STATION. Like what should I actually do in that situation? Blame capitalism for creating a system where those without cars I.e money, are constantly getting boned because the system seeks ways to disenfranchise them? I know the person running the drive in was just doing their job but don’t treat me like your doing me a service by “letting me off this time”. You do not have the power in this transaction, I do.
