I'm pleased to convert my 1-star review below into 5-star praise. I discovered when visiting the location today that management took my concern seriously and adjusted that thermostat. I even heard a staffer ask a customer if the temperature in the place was comfortable.

The sandwiches are great. The staff are friendly and efficient. This one-star review is to get the attention of management about the fact that keeping the temperature in the dining area at around 67 degrees is insensitive to customers and an irresponsible use of resources. The thermostat is actually set to 69, but it's right next to the grill, pushing it lower for everyone. It's certainly not an oversight.

If you're the franchise owner or regional manager, take effing action. And if, like me, you work near this location, make the effort to take your business to local outfits like Logan's Heroes and Le Croissant. Both know how to manage...

this location doesn't seem to know how to handle wraps! every time I've tried to order a wrap from here, it gets messed up. usually, it's a wrong sauce, the wrong peppers, neglecting to take off items I put "no" on, or even the wrong type of tortilla.

this last time, it wasn't even a wrap! my family put in a pretty large order with mostly regular sandwiches and then a wrap for me. when everything that arrived had bread, I thought maybe we had messed up the order and put bread instead of wrap for mine. upon looking at the receipt, it literally says wrap for my order! how the heck do you mess that up? and not only was it the wrong thing, but the bread for my sandwich was very stale and basically inedible.

I won't be eating here anymore after this. the meats are good, but I was already tired of the continuous mess-ups with my wraps. not even making a wrap when that's what was ordered is...

Well until yesterday I could pretty much say nothing bad about this place and maybe I should give it a second chance but after yesterday I don’t think we’ll be going back any time soon. We had an order called in an hour and a half ahead, showed up for her order it was only partially finished but on the rack. Two other customers were waiting for their online order but the employees were helping the walk ins standing in front of them before successfully completing our orders. Our order which had been started but not completed meaning one of our sandwiches was going to be hot but sandwiches that were previously made sitting in the bag prepared in between customers we’re now going to be cold.
