Apparently ordering a 5 dollar biggie bag with a bacon double stack, fries, 4 regular nuggets with BBQ sauce, and a Dr Pepper equates to a chicken sandwich, 4 spicy nuggets with ranch a Dr Pepper and no fries.

I made the mistake of going back after getting an extremely mad craving for a bourbon bacon burger. The task was simple. A single patty bourbon bacon nothing more and nothing less.
I Pull up to the window and am greeted by a typical 420 yolo high school kid and his mouth breathing heavy gutted supervisor unable to even address the window out of anxiety nor his crew for that matter. Regardless of how ridiculous these individuals were I pulled up got my 9 dollar burger in the biggest bag they could give me for some reason.
Now keep in mind I am on break so going back through the 20+ minute drive thru is not happening. I return to work anticipating the delicious sensual mouth watering burger I had just ordered. I open the bag pulled out a foil wrapped sandwich and to my shock I am greeted with the most basic sandwich anyone could order wrapped in this luxury foil of a signature burger... What I was given was a squished chicken sandwich with only a tomato!!!!!!! Not even any Mayo!!!!! WHAT MONSTER ORDERS THIS!

Read moreI used to love wendy's, I tended to go fairly often and when an employee told me about the new Baconater (this was several years ago) that was about to come out I was hooked. However in recent months I have been twice to the Location on the south side of logan, the first time the service seemed ok, but with a large wait time, however the burger was very greasy, in fact the entire bun was soaked with grease. The next time I went, which was about a week ago, I went later at night, around 10:00 and was greeted at the drive in with "how can I help you" which seemed fairly routine, but when I was done ordering I was asked "is there anything else I can get for you big boy" which I thought was kind of weird and very unprofessional. I drove up to the window to get my order and had to wait for several minutes, the window was slightly open so I could hear that they were chatting further back in the kitchen. They did not seem professional at all, and seemed to be more interested in hanging out with their coworkers. The boy at the window seemed fairly nice but either new, or not very well trained, but I can't say the same about the rest of his coworkers. Read more2 years ago I had the worst experience here of any fast food place ever. I waited 20 mins (with 1 car in front of me) for 2 frosty's and an order of fries in the drive thru at 8:45 pm. 8 mins was just sitting at the window where my frosty's were already made and melting, and the person at the window just ignored me the entire time. Then when he came to the window he laughed and said that he forgot about me (and apparently the other cars piling up behind me). If my wife wasn't pregnant I would have left, but I knew showing up without her craving food would have been worse. Wont be going back of my own free will anytime soon.... Took over a year to go back, but it seems like they have fixed some issues and things are mostly running smooth again so I will up my rating to 3 stars...... a year later and the 3 stars stays again. Food here is good, but you got to be patient with the staff. Waited over 20 mins for food and I was the only one dining in.
