I just experienced the worst service I have ever experienced at any Denny’s. It started with my friend and I arriving to a host who was more interested in conversing with his co-worker than greeting us. After waiting a few moments and giving an annoyed look, he finally signaled to someone else to seat us. He never acknowledged me directly or asked what we needed. At the table, our waitress seemed annoyed but eventually got over it and gave the best service of the night. Despite never receiving forks, knives, napkins, etc. for our food and having messy fingers as a result for a while until she finally returned (after seemingly greeting every Latino customer and proving water refills, etc. to them before every even acknowledging us), this was actually the notable positive interaction of the night. In the end, I went to the front to pay. I was greeted by a cheerfully excited cashier named Jose who seemingly wanted to see me off. I asked for a to go container for my fruit and a bag. He cheerfully acknowledged and said he would grant my request. After paying, I waited for him to return. Instead he mingled with his coworkers for a while, they saw my stares and rudely acknowledged me as someone who already paid and that I was done, and he, completely forgetting that he told me he would service me never returned until I had to ask him again, this time with anger because of my entire experience. One I received my to go container and bag, I turned to my seat but found a roach crawling on my table as I tried to get my food. I called Jose who at the time was one table over and he responded, “One second,” but never returned. I’m summation, I barely ate because my food was cold by the time I had silverware. My friend never ate and his food was crawled on by a roach before I could bag the food. The service was terrible and shameful to say the least. I am requested a full refund of my order.

After hearing news reports about Denny's lowering their outrageous Slam breakfast prices, which were reportedly running around $18!!, I decided to drop in. Yep, still over $15+ with only one at 7.99. Two eggs, two bacon or sausage, two pancakes or french toast. Ok not bad. I ordered ice tea. What I got was faintly colored water with lemon. I was charged $3.99!!! Basically for a glass of water. When I went to pay and presented my AARP card, they refused it since it didn't have a barcode. It had my membership number and tenure date. So I didn't get my 15% discount. They started the tip choice on the checkout tablet at 18% up to I think 25%. Pay a living wage and offer full benefits and stop forcing customers to shoulder your labor costs. $18 breakfasts? In Europe, wait staff receive full benefits, 4 weeks paid vacation all the while the restaurant charges the same prices as American restos. I guess American restaurateurs are poor managers.

Got a skillet, was unaware that this location deep fries their potatoes. So the first batch was mostly grease and oil. I mentioned this to the server and she went and spoke to the manager, then about 15 minutes later after asking about the remake they finally brought me the new potatoes which were worse than the first ones. What was the point of remaking them the same exact way? So I waited another 10 minutes for the manager to stop cowering and come over to tey and figure out a resolution as she just stared at me with a blank expression. I told her I'm not paying for the potatoes as I squeezed out copious amounts of grease from several of them right in front of her. Anyway, to shorten the story she unapologetically took $3 off my bill. I wasn't looking for free since I ate the chicken, but damn, $3 off of a meal I ate only 1/3 of? Anyway, I would not suggest going to this Denny's unless you love drinking grease...

I want to start by thanking my waiter. She was great and gave the best service throughout our meal, and I highly recommend her to whoever eats their request, Alexis. However, I'm upset that my experience at this location wasn't great. Three of their employees treated me and my family very rudely. When we first walked in, I asked if we could be seated in Alexis' section towards the back, which was empty. I thought it was weird they made us wait so long. She's been our server in the past, and we enjoyed our experience with her. The person sitting me rolled their eyes and didn't respond and gestured to me to sit with my family. Then, after waiting for 5 minutes, a random waitress came up to our table, different from the one we had requested. I asked if we could get the waiter we ordered, and the waitress didn't say anything and huffed and puffed away and walked over to two men, one heavy set and one skinny. Both were wearing glasses and proceeded to throw her hands in the air in irritation and started talking about us. No one said anything to us afterward, and we waited more than 15 minutes just sitting there as the 3 of them stood in the front of the restaurant, glancing over at us and talking about our table. I know this because they kept ridley pointing at our table and rolled their eyes. We had two small children with us, and we just waited and waited; by the time our waitress came over and explained she was on her break, I was floored. At no point did the rude waitress or, I believe, management staff explain that the waitress we had requested politely was on break and we might have to wait a little if we wanted to be served by her. They just rolled their eyes and left us there to talk about us in a huddled corner while pointing at us.

Once we got the food, my friend had eaten half of her sandwich and said that the grease was making her sick; she looked at the sandwich and noticed it had long hair inside. When our waitress apologized for it and immediately tried to correct it, we could see the manager giving her pushback to come over and speak with us. When he did make his way around, you could tell he did not care that hair was in her sandwich. He brushed it off with a quick sorry and removed the plate. I was dumbfounded by the end of the whole experience. The only good part about our experience was our waitress, Alexis, and the bright energy she brought to our service. My family and I appreciated her.

I wish I could have gotten the names of the three employees talking about us. I know one was a heavy-set man with glasses. The next was a tall man with glasses. The other was a Hispanic middle-aged woman with an insulting attitude. They need to do better. They made me and my family not want to return.

This is sad because I'm a college student and always tell my classmates this is the best Denny's to eat, but now I'm unsure. However, Alexis' service might be their only...

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!! Made the mistake going into this Denny's. I thought it would be a good idea to treat my neighbor to a linner (lunch/Dinner) yeah big mistake on my end. After getting a table and sitting for about 5 minutes. we changed are minds and decided to eat elsewhere. we got up and left. Since are waitress didn't take are order and no drinks/food was brought to are table we left. Thinking it would not be a big deal. right? mhm wrong! SO WRONG! As soon as I got out the door a Denny's employee runs up to me and saying I didn't pay my bill? I told him we didn't order anything. Are table has 2 napkins on it and we were here for 5 minutes and decided to eat elsewhere. Finally, the manager comes and tell this idiot to leave us alone that no one took care of us and that's why we are leaving. Please beware of this place! If you go there and sit for a second and not order anything and change your mind and leave. they will accuse you of dinning and dashing. you just might end up in jail behind this Denny's foolishness. BEWARE! We were their for a total of 5 minutes at the table. We did not order anything no food/drink. But most defiantly got accused of not paying a bill that we didn't have. The manager tried to convince me he will take care of us. I was too disgusted. I'll just go eat and spend my money elsewhere. BEWARE! PROCEED WITH CAUTION AT...
