McDonald's — Restaurant in Long Beach

This McDonald's has improved somewhat since my last review. The food isn't as fresh tasting as the more suburban locations, but it's McDonald's. 🍔🍟 At the risk of repeating myself, the food is consistently better at the more suburban restaurants, which this location is not, and no matter what time you go there, during the day/night, you can count on it being good, fair,or sub-par. So, always room for improvement here. Suburban locations like Los Altos Center, tend to have more affluent customers, and better management at the locations, and that seems to be why they are more consistent, as far as quality is concerned. I don't want to sound like a snob about McDonald's, I'm just talking about food quality and consistency. Years ago, Mcdonald's was a destination you went to...It was a fun, new experience, maybe traveling to a different state,on a road trip,on a vacation, ie; just traveling the country,or you went there on the weekends, or once in while as a treat.You could always count on seeing "The Golden Arches", traveling down the road, and when it was time to take a break from driving, you stopped because they said,"You Deserve A Break Today",or maybe Mom and Dad just piled the kids in to the car,pulled into the parking lot, went up to the window, and placed their order. Growing up as kids, it seemed more fun. It has for over the last 70 years, become as iconic as Coca-Cola® and it's specialness has become less and less, year after year, and we just take it for granted, that it's always been there, since most of us have been alive. Other chains have improved upon the basic recipe, but few have sold as many hamburgers as...

Wish I can give this place a 0 they have horrible customer service they take too long for service they try to double charge me and then try to refuse it in my money bank my sister went inside to go retrieve my car that the manager took off with the person at the window that tried to charge me twice he charged me on my mobile at 1st and then charge me separately the um cache and so when I get to the 2nd window I see that he charged me for Maxwell said I asked her on a side and then I said they put it on a Burger and we didn't want them on the Burger who run them outside and hes like oh well we're still gonna charge you a $60 issues I know I want my money back and The guy who had a attitude and rolled his eyes mind you this was the manager um And we followed my money but he took a long time with my card like I said and so my sister went inside to go see and everybody actually liked they didn't know what was going on I didn't spend no money on this place I wouldn't spend no money on this place and I advised no one else to spend their hard earned cash on this place everyone has a poor attitude poor people's skills poor customer service...

Let's just start off by saying that this location is not that bad, I see that people go around and write bad reviews of business that is just not true.

This location is based off my experience today which I had no problems here ordering my food, in fact they have one of the best customer services around as you enter through the front door, to the checkout and while your sitting down eating your meal, almost every 7-10 minutes someone walks by and ask " Would you like anything " now that is AWESOME customer service right there.

My reason why they got a 4 star rating is because the restaurant was way too cold not just for me, but for all the customers. I was sitting new to a couple ( 55-60 years old ) man was very cold and as any person would do is to get up and ask the manager if she can lower the temp in the dinner room, she look at me like I was crazy.

McDonald's Manager - keep the Air Conditioning at a desire temp, it was not 100 degrees outside yesterday April 29, 2019 at 1:30pm

I would be back here again in the near future. Thank you for the great food and the amazing customer services.
