Learn moreWe came out to Long Beach for a business trip for my husband. We were excited to get to go out to eat without children. We were seated quickly, but the table we sat at was broken. We had to ask the staff to continue to come back and try to prop the table leg up multiple times. We finally gave up and I just put my foot under it for the entire meal. Our waitress was terrible. We waited and waited for her to bring our drinks. Then she didn't even remember she hadn't taken our orders. I finally said "we are ready to order" and she was like "what, I didn't take your order yet"? We then waited over an hour for our meals. I ordered mongolian beef and it was TERRIBLE! It literally tasted like melted, burnt plastic. The crab rangoons were dry!! The other patrons were also waiting hours for their food. There seemed to be no organization. I rarely give negative reviews, but I was so disappointed. We don't have a PF Chang's close by our home in Texas. This was a very expensive HORRIBLE meal!!! I understand accidents happen, but one of the staff dropped a huge tray of glasses. Shards went flying all over me and behind me. I don't fault the waitress at all. But, an apology and "are you okay"? would have been nice. I could tell she felt bad, so I just tried to make a funny joke about flying squirrels knocking it off the tables. This was Father's Day weekend. I was highly displeased. And worst part about it, the staff seemed clueless about how disorganized everything was and how long it was taking for people to get...
Read moreThe host went to seat us and we had to ask him to clean the floor under the table he was going to seat us. There was a spilled drink, lemon, and other food. He was trying to wipe it by hand and we just had him seat us at another table instead. The soy sauce container on our table was completely empty. Had to ask for a menu as they only hand you 3 other one sheet paper menus, (desserts, drinks, specials). Why would you not also give the regular menu instead of saying "oh you can scan the QR Code"? You give me 3 one sheet paper menus, you might as well include the regular one too. I'm going to a concert and I don't want to waste my battery viewing a one sheet menu on my phone.
Service was quick and food was tasty but way too much salt in the Singapore Noodles. Portions are smaller for Lettuce Wraps and you have to ask for the hot mustard now and for hot sauce.
After we finished our meal we went to the restroom. For Women's there were 3 stalls and the larger stall had no seat covers and no toilet paper in it. The other two had 1 toilet paper left. 1 soap dispenser was completely empty making it awkward to have to move over, get soap from the only other soap dispenser, then move back to the other sink.
Nice restaurant but marking down on cleanliness as it was NOT busy when we came in and ate at 3:45pm on Sat. Many empty tables and employees standing around. Probably won't come back to this particular location, but still a fan and will go to our local...
Read moreI was so excited to come here with my daughter but unfortunately it was extremely disappointing. I used to be in management for this company and not to be that person, but I know what the standards at pf chang's are(were apparently) held to and the specifications for everything in the kitchen memorized. With the exception of the chix lettuce wrap it was all awful. 5 out of the 6 dumplings were half air(not enough filling) and the 6th had to much we ordered extra crispy and they came out looking pan fried but had zero crispiness to them. They seemed to be sitting in the juice from the filling from not being properly sealed. Not to mention they were flavorless. My daughter said to me "daddy your dumplings are way better". The Kung Pao was burnt. Lo mein tasted like gasoline. I could go into more details but I think you get the point. Service was okay it was the kids first day I think, he did fine. I paid $112 for lunch for two! That's crazy. We should have just went to Panda Express or even any of the 5 food trucks that where near the location and paid a quarter of that and would have been better quality compared to what we ate. Knowing the standards that I've been held to in the past with this company, this was just a real let down. Not to sure if we'll...
