This was our 1st visit to P.F. Chang's, We were celebrating our 4th year Anniversary. Wanted to do something different, so decided to come here. We loved our Server Samantha, She was on it, we had questions She had answers. It made it alot easier for us to decided nd order. We had Dumplings, Orange Chicken, Mangolian Beef, white rise nd Pat thai. Food was amazing, although I expected some hearty sides everything was okey. Samantha came by asking if everything was good, every so often. Making us feel like People, not just $$$ signs. I had about 6 Pink Lotus which was a great drink, my significant other had 2. At that point, Manager Burts came introduced himself. Had a polite nd enjoyable conversation with us, making sure we weren't drinking nd driving. Offering to Uber us to our destination if needed, we explain to him that it was my turn to drink. Significant other was the designated driver, so he didn't have to worry. Burt also gave us the B-day discount on our Cholate wall cake, dessert. We ended our night, We will be coming back nd try other food they have. Thank you for making our dinning experience by far the best!!!!

My family and I have been going to P.F. Chang’s for over a decade and have always enjoyed the food and the quality of service anywhere whether here and/or nationwide but yesterday left a bitter taste in my mouth and I doubt that we’ll ever return to this location again. After being seated by the hostess; we waited a good 30 minutes before someone acknowledged that we’re there and waiting to be served. I can understand waiting awhile if the restaurant was packed but there’s hardly any customers, there were a total of 3 customers when we were there plus us 4 then a couple came afterwards. We were about to leave the restaurant when the server finally came to take our order. The hot and sour soup tasted good. The texture was perfect. The amount served was on point. The shrimp fried rice was alright. It wasn’t the best fried rice but will do. The beef broccoli was bad. There weren’t any sauce at all. It looked they just warmed up some left over beef and poured the overly steamed broccoli. The shrimp with lobster sauce didn’t taste any of the shrimp with lobster sauce that I usually have.

It has been several years since we’ve dined at PF Changs but decided to go to the Long Beach location as it was closest to our home. No issues with our service, but the food quality has tanked. We ordered the lettuce wraps, won ton soup, and Mongolian beef. The dressing for the lettuce wrap has changed. It was thick and not as tasty as the past peanut sauce. The bowl of soup lacked spinach, the shrimp was tiny (it looked like something you would see in cup of noodles and pieces of chicken that were floating tasted like smoke flavor has been added. The worst part was the broth, it had particles floating in it that came to the top. We remember the ladle and pot from several years ago that kept the soup warm at your table. The beef was brought out next with the rice. We both took a bite and looked at each other. It was like chewing on a tasteless piece of beef jerky. My husband joked that could have had better quality at Panda Express. It seems as though cost cutting decisions have impacted another once great dining establishment. Unfortunately we will not return to PF Changs.

We came out to Long Beach for a business trip for my husband. We were excited to get to go out to eat without children. We were seated quickly, but the table we sat at was broken. We had to ask the staff to continue to come back and try to prop the table leg up multiple times. We finally gave up and I just put my foot under it for the entire meal. Our waitress was terrible. We waited and waited for her to bring our drinks. Then she didn't even remember she hadn't taken our orders. I finally said "we are ready to order" and she was like "what, I didn't take your order yet"? We then waited over an hour for our meals. I ordered mongolian beef and it was TERRIBLE! It literally tasted like melted, burnt plastic. The crab rangoons were dry!! The other patrons were also waiting hours for their food. There seemed to be no organization. I rarely give negative reviews, but I was so disappointed. We don't have a PF Chang's close by our home in Texas. This was a very expensive HORRIBLE meal!!! I understand accidents happen, but one of the staff dropped a huge tray of glasses. Shards went flying all over me and behind me. I don't fault the waitress at all. But, an apology and "are you okay"? would have been nice. I could tell she felt bad, so I just tried to make a funny joke about flying squirrels knocking it off the tables. This was Father's Day weekend. I was highly displeased. And worst part about it, the staff seemed clueless about how disorganized everything was and how long it was taking for people to get...

The host went to seat us and we had to ask him to clean the floor under the table he was going to seat us. There was a spilled drink, lemon, and other food. He was trying to wipe it by hand and we just had him seat us at another table instead. The soy sauce container on our table was completely empty. Had to ask for a menu as they only hand you 3 other one sheet paper menus, (desserts, drinks, specials). Why would you not also give the regular menu instead of saying "oh you can scan the QR Code"? You give me 3 one sheet paper menus, you might as well include the regular one too. I'm going to a concert and I don't want to waste my battery viewing a one sheet menu on my phone.

Service was quick and food was tasty but way too much salt in the Singapore Noodles. Portions are smaller for Lettuce Wraps and you have to ask for the hot mustard now and for hot sauce.

After we finished our meal we went to the restroom. For Women's there were 3 stalls and the larger stall had no seat covers and no toilet paper in it. The other two had 1 toilet paper left. 1 soap dispenser was completely empty making it awkward to have to move over, get soap from the only other soap dispenser, then move back to the other sink.

Nice restaurant but marking down on cleanliness as it was NOT busy when we came in and ate at 3:45pm on Sat. Many empty tables and employees standing around. Probably won't come back to this particular location, but still a fan and will go to our local...

I was so excited to come here with my daughter but unfortunately it was extremely disappointing. I used to be in management for this company and not to be that person, but I know what the standards at pf chang's are(were apparently) held to and the specifications for everything in the kitchen memorized. With the exception of the chix lettuce wrap it was all awful. 5 out of the 6 dumplings were half air(not enough filling) and the 6th had to much we ordered extra crispy and they came out looking pan fried but had zero crispiness to them. They seemed to be sitting in the juice from the filling from not being properly sealed. Not to mention they were flavorless. My daughter said to me "daddy your dumplings are way better". The Kung Pao was burnt. Lo mein tasted like gasoline. I could go into more details but I think you get the point. Service was okay it was the kids first day I think, he did fine. I paid $112 for lunch for two! That's crazy. We should have just went to Panda Express or even any of the 5 food trucks that where near the location and paid a quarter of that and would have been better quality compared to what we ate. Knowing the standards that I've been held to in the past with this company, this was just a real let down. Not to sure if we'll...
