Pancho's Tacos Truck — Restaurant in Long Beach

If it was not for the false advertisement it would have gotten 4 stars. My husband liked his burrito and my son ate his tacos. I ordered a quesabirria (it is advertised as a flower tortilla with birria) and I received a corn tortilla quesadilla. I thought it was a mistake and went towards the front. The man giving the orders shared that was a quesabirria and when I mentioned its advertised as a flower tortilla he told me to speak to the man at the register. When I went to the man at the register he said, I ordered wrong and should have ordered a quessadilla de birria. I told him I didn't order wrong that I ordered what was on the picture. He responded by saying the food does not look like the pictures. I told him I understood but there is a difference between that and advertising a quesabirria as a flower tortilla and giving me a corn tortilla. He at that point took his head out to look at the picture and told the men in the back to make me a quessadilla de birria and charged me an extra $4.00. I paid only because my family was already eating. When I received it the meat was good but they didn't add any birria caldo to it ....it was just meat and cheese. It was good but not what...

I almost don't want to rate this place so high, because then the line may get longer! But seriously, having my owe biz I know how good reviews help. The pastor tacos are amazing and they're the reason to come! if you ever disliked pastor tacos from anywhere else try these before you give up on them forever. I've brought people here from out of town and out of state and they said this is a must anytime they come back. Pancho's Tacos has become my go-to whenever I feel like street tacos in Long Beach. The taco truck delivers a good selection of meats but the selling point is the al pastor station where they cut the meat off the trompo as the orders come in so it's always hot and juicy. Granted, some workers are more experienced than others at slicing it just right but it is always delicious. They are located in the parking lot of a small shopping strip so parking can be difficult since they tend to get busy on Friday and weekend...
