Manager Billy I recently had a Horrible Experience at Panda Express at 501 Long Beach blvd.
Iโm a regular customer for about 3+ years. I average 2.5 purchases per week. I Luv the Spicy Orange and came by today specifically for the Bourbon Chicken. Iโm a regular.
My routine is, especially when busy is to get water for containers, grab fork, napkins and wet 2 napkins to wipe table.
Today in my process I was greeted by a Very Hostile Security Guard. He told me to Get Out.
I told him I was okay, it escalated to him telling me to leave. Billy the manager whom I had a run in with due to his English, told me to leave.
I requested Alfredo, the general manager, but was off today. Heโs a Great guy, about 6โ1 in height.
It wasnโt until one on the employees arrived, one who insisted I download the App. She arrived and I informed her to contact Alfredo with my complaint.
About this time, Billy changed his stance and tried to forget the incident happened, knowing an employee knew my purchase schedule.
Billy the Manager should have informed security guard. Later as I was filling thh he e complaint, I overheard him saying โSomeone should have told me.โ Billy should have told him.

Security Intimidated me to leave after arriving 5 seconds. I usually eat at this location 2-3 times a week. Horrible Manager, Horrible Service, No Appreciation to Regular Customers.
After my personal experience at Panda Express under Billy's supervision. Horrible!!!! I eat at Panda Express about 2 days a week for about 3+ years. Security Told me to Leave 5 Seconds after placing my bag with my laptop on a table. This went on for over 10min and Billy never told Security i was a regular customer. It wasn't until I started Filing a Incident Report and removed Laptop from bag, at such point, Security understood, I was filing a Complaint. I will continue to file complaints until I am contacted by Panda Express Corp. division.
It took an employee clocking in a a shift, to inform Security and Billy the manager, that I was a Regular Customer. Billy the manager did Nothing. Never mentioned to security that they were wrong.
Billy asked me to leave, until the employee said... "He's a Regular Customer"

ย ย ย Read moreI just went to eat at this restaurant Panda Express #0783 on Long Beach Blvd in Long Beach CA. I found a hair in my rice and tried to tell the manager because the employees have a very bad attitude they looked annoyed and really I felt they needed a rest. But the manager according to one employee was cooking and unable to talk to a customer. This employee talked to me like I was homeless getting in asking for free food, you know what I mean? Asking: What do you want? I showed her the hair and she mucked just saying: do you want a new plate or your money back? I responded: I would like to talk with the manager. This employee said: She's cooking. I insisted: Could I talk to her please? She replied: You have to wait until she finishes cooking. Well, I waited for a little but they were just looking and laughing making me feel stupid. So I just left, with NO food, nor money and the employee said... "Thanks for coming"
Nobody cares, but I just wanted to mention my experience in this horrible place. They don't even deserve that one star!
