berri's pizza hollywood — Restaurant in Los Angeles

The guy that runs this location has no clue how to provide proper customer service. If too many orders come in towards the end of the night and they can't handle the volume, they just simply won't make those orders. And apparently they don't even cancel them either, or contact the customers to inform them, they just leave those customers hanging with no reason as to why they won't be receiving their food. While at the same time they do not turn off their system that allows for new orders to keep coming in.

While attempting to pick up a Postmates order that they did not have any intention of making, I had ask him to notify the customer to let them know why he was canceling their order, he asked to see the order on my phone, and proceeds to cancel the order on MY PHONE. Not only without my permission, but after I had specifically told him not to do so, so that I could at least contact the customer myself to inform them as to why their order was about to canceled.

I also witnessed him cursing in front of customers about the problem of too many orders coming in within a half an hour of them closing, again without them ever turning off their order system for Postmates and Doordash.

I can only imagine based off of what I've witnessed at this berri's, that refunds for Postmates and Doordash customers orders that they accept via auto accept, but never cancel, would be even more of a nightmare to deal with.

I strongly suggest that no one place orders, at least past 3am at this berri's pizza location. There is a very good chance that you will not...

Don’t do it!!! I visited this place having heard about the Lobster Pizza. The menu describes it as “Our famous, signature Lobster Pizza. Mozzarella, Lobster Pink Sauce & Shrimp” Me being a seafood connoisseur I asked the cashier is it actual lobster meat on the pizza? He straight up told me yeah it’s a special lobster sauce that we make. We even showed him the picture we saw online (which had pieces of lobster meat on it) After we got the pizza we showed him the pizza and it did not have not one piece of lobster on it and the tiny pieces of shrimp were so scarce. He basically told us it was nothing he could do about it.

If you love seafood this is NOT the pizza for you. There is no lobster and it’s barely any shrimp. I’m not sure why this pizza is priced so high tbh. All in all DO NOT expect lobster on this so called “Lobster Pizza” Rating this place low due to lack of customer service and the fact that the cashier lied. Also this restaurant gives false advertisement by showing a pizza w/ lobster but not actually selling...

Ladies and gentlemen,

If you know what’s good for you PLEASE check the reviews before deciding to eat at this establishment. I ordered the lobster pizza because a friend of mine was interested in trying it out. When we got our order, we IMMEDIATELY knew it was a big mistake.

The pizza itself is already pretty pricey but if it was a good as they say… we thought it would be worth the money so we didn’t care how much it cost. Not only did they add shrimp instead of lobster, they also had the driest crust I had ever tasted.

This pizza was a huge disappointment and a waste of money. We also ordered the wings (thank God) so we ended up killing those while tossing the pizza in the trash where it belonged. I don’t recommend this place to anyone unless you just want the wings. Lobster Pizza is absolute TRASH and a waste of money. Please don’t do it.
