Read moreFood and service, ordering to go from lobby was. Alright. Seemed we may have been better off to go drive through but I also needed to use the restroom. There are two bathroom doors. One is male/female with a deadbolt lock (after an employee buzzes you in) and the other seems to be the same, but also labeled "employees only". Now while I can see that admitting you may have a mess,or an accident out of your own control could happen.. Sometimes, the bathrooms need more attention than others. This bathroom was horrible, probably because of one person but I'd hope to maybe see an Eggert by staff without being asked. I didn't complain about it because they were busy, so I know I could have been proactive.. Aside from the one dirty bathroom, the food was good as expected and I even noticed a worker with a little car, go out and jump start someone stuck near the intersection and hustle back from "break" . All and all, given the area of location and various type of life these people see daily, I'd say they're doing pretty good from a small town white boy view who has high expectations in customer service. Props to you with the scion...
